25/08/2025: The pizza is very good, but obviously it depends on your taste. But the girls are skilled and quick at serving, and the variety of pizzas is more than adequate.

12/08/2025: We ordered two pans of pizza (1 Margherita - 1/3 potato - 1/3 crostini - 1/3 diavola) all simple flavors, in short, + 8 supplì = €95... I won't even comment!!! Never again.

23/07/2025: Overall good experience and the food is very solid with traditional dishes that you can’t go wrong. It’s clear this is a classic place to go to.. I think the rise in tourist customers due to its location takes the charm off it - that said it’s a top choice for good food that won’t let you down. Give it a try for sure.

04/08/2025: I returned to this historic Roman corner where the famous "Celestina" once stood, feeling a bit nostalgic but also filled with curiosity. I must say that Ercoli has successfully embraced an important legacy and transformed it with taste and personality, maintaining the charm of an elegant trattoria with a more modern and refined style. The service is attentive, the atmosphere pleasant, and the quality of the ingredients is evident in every dish. The carbonara, in particular, is executed with great technique: creamy, well-balanced in flavors, with just the right amount of crispy bacon. However, a word of caution should be made about this iconic dish: for the price (not exactly affordable), the portion is decidedly small. In my opinion, either the price should be lowered slightly or the portions should be increased, so as to make the experience more balanced for the cost.

18/08/2025: I booked two nights at this 3-star hotel... but is it worth it? So, as soon as I entered, my room smelled of smoke, probably the fault of the previous guests, and for goodness sake, even if it's not pleasant with a child. It was poorly maintained, with non-existent sockets next to the bedside tables, and a fabric headboard that was absolutely not hygienic, in fact it wasn't clean at all. The door handle wasn't very sturdy, in short, it was poorly maintained, unlike the photos. The pool is very large and beautiful, but they could clarify that it's an Olympic-sized pool where people essentially go to train. In fact, there weren't even any loungers, just plastic chairs and sofas. Not very convenient for someone like me who can't swim, since I could only touch the surface with my toes. On the other hand, the changing rooms are super comfortable, nice and spacious, and new... I forgot, there's a children's pool, but it's a shame it was dirty. It's a shame because the facility really isn't bad, and the location is great if you don't have a car, so there's not much to do in the evenings... it's 1 km from Augusta by car. Will we return? I don't think it didn't satisfy me that much... I didn't pay an exaggerated amount so I was satisfied, the place is quiet, however given the area it's normal that it is 😅... finally the breakfast was decent, basic, not abundant, just right, nothing special

01/07/2025: This is a great place which has a large terrace on the shade side. Absolutely a life saver during a hot summer day. Food and service has been great. I think the prices have been cheaper than typically. We have visited here several times but only around mid day. Location is good

09/09/2025: I always come here for the quality of the dishes compared to the price, the gluten-free options on many items, and the owners Giuseppina and Domenico are very attentive to their customers, especially those like me who have three children. Highly recommended!!! Fish dishes are better than seafood!!!

03/03/2025: A bit anonymous from the outside. You have to know that it is a diner. Frequented almost exclusively by Chinese. The place is authentic, with Chinese writings, Chinese-language TV. It does not reflect the food found in "Italianized" Chinese/Japanese restaurants. I went to try an authentic experience. The portions are to be shared, as they are very generous. On the cleanliness side, when I saw the kitchen...... in short, it is quite clear that the NAS have never been there. In any case, that is also a characteristic of this place and the Chinese inside the restaurant, they are all happy and eat with gusto and that typical environment gives you that atmosphere that makes you feel like you are in China for the duration of your stay.

16/08/2025: The food is excellent; the prices are a little above average, but that's acceptable for a quality burger. What leaves me perplexed is something else. This is the second night my partner and I have planned a special dinner at this place; every time we arrive, it's closed. The first time, on a Friday night, I checked the hours online; it said "Open," but it wasn't, and there were different hours posted on the door. The second time I went on a Saturday night, it was still closed. It's a shame because the food is good, but quality also depends on service and availability/flexibility. Unfortunately, for the second specially planned dinner, we had to go home empty-handed.

07/04/2025: Pranzo domenicale per festeggiare compleanno di famiglia, 11 persone (9 adulti e 2 bambini di 7 e 2 anni). Il pranzo e la velocità di servizio impeccabili, menu un po' ridotto ma di qualità e lo avevo provato già due volte. Però stavolta devo segnalare quanto segue come una caduta di stile: abbiamo portato una torta di pasticceria per il compleanno e ci hanno fatto pagare 2€ cadauno quindi 22€ per il taglio torta. Allora, sicuramente non sono gli unici a farlo, ma certamente non lo fanno tutti i ristoranti, e ritengo che sia un modo ridicolo per fare due spicci in più.. potrei accettare un forfettario.. ma non mi venite a dire che sia una cosa giusta quando sappiamo tutti che anche il prezzo del coperto (che c'era) è illegale!!! E quanto ricarico e guadagno hanno sulle cose, soprattutto su vino e primi!!!

06/04/2025: Menù vario, cibo buono con ottima carne alla brace. Bella posizione con vista sul borgo di Ceri e la vallata. Nelle belle giornate in lontananza si vede anche il mare. Comodo parcheggio. Personale gentile e sorridente. A differenza di altri clienti la nostra tavolata ha molto apprezzato il fatto che il ristorante NON accetti gli animali. Ristorante consigliato.
