Entered by chance, remarkable experience. I'll start with the staff, very kind, fast, trained in all the languages ​​of the world and attentive (this is not a given for Rome, and a Roman says so...). There are national dishes and those of our Capitoline tradition (the place has a history, it was in via Panisperna even before the second war and we imagine perhaps that Fermi and the famous "boys" who made history went there to eat). I tried - off the menu - some excellent tonnarelli (nice al dente), with artichoke cream, pecorino and bacon. Large and welcoming internal rooms and internal space in the lively Monti district. Bathrooms in order (and this too is unusual for the capital!). Widely competitive prices for quality and service.

Excellent food with fast service even when busy. Easy to ignore the slightly dated decor when food is this good.

Excellent food!!! Highly recommended!!! Delicious pasta and desserts too! The Tiramisu and lemon sorbet were spectacular. Spectacular staff treatment! One of the best places we've tried...

TLDR: great service for authentic local food that has been one of the best in Rome I came here with a few friends and we were able to share many items. The calamari is fried well and super fresh, the fried fish was deboned! The artichokes were so tasty and came looking like meat, never tried it like this before. The pastas were perfectly al dente and one of them had the crust of the Parmesan which added so much flavor! The veal and the lamb were cooked to perfection and the finale for dessert was some of the best tiramisu I’ve ever had! For four people with a bottle of wine, it cost under 200 euros!

This is one of those restaurants that one finds in life when traveling that are to remember. Homely atmosphere, brilliant service, home-cooked food and an absolutely spectacular tiramisu. They are all very friendly, the food is very good and it is a wonderful place. Thank you so much!

Spectacular game and pepper! Service from 10, I recommend 100%

Nell'ultimo giorno di permanenza a Roma, avendo frequentato altri ristoranti consigliati da amici (che però non ci avevano soddisfatto ) siamo capitati in questa struttura affidandoci al caso. Voi non ci crederete, ma il caso a volte vale piu' del consigli. Abbiamo mangiato bene e ci siamo divertiti come dimostra la foto allegata.

Fantastico! In 8 giorni che siamo stati a Roma con la famiglia siamo tornati due volte.. e questo la dovrebbe dire lunga. A Roma non mancano certo posti per pranzare o cenare. Veramente eccellente. Abbiamo provato primi (carbonara e cacio e pepe) e secondi (polpette, saltimbocca) e contorni (carciofi alla romana), tutti fenomenali. Consiglio la cacio e pepe in crosta di parmigiano che è fatta con la pasta fresca mentre la carbonara pur essendo ottima è preparata con pasta secca. Superlativo il TIRAMISÙ che definirei il migliore mangiato a Roma in questi giorni e vi assicuro che ne ho mangiati numerosi..ne sono particolarmente goloso.
