10/03/2025: The best ice cream shop in the area hands down. 🍨 While eating, you immediately notice the craftsmanship and freshness of the ingredients; always different and always good tastes 🍧 better granitas than these eaten only in Sicily 🥛 the cream is ultra light 🍦 the waffle cones are fabulous 🤵 The trained staff is elegant, kind, helpful and efficient: it is possible to put double cream or double chocolate everywhere 🤤 👪 This ice cream shop always makes me look good with whoever I bring. UPDATE after 3 years stupendous

12/05/2025: quality food and service welcomed us as if we were family in an environment full of lightness, customer care, freshness and a couple of cocktails suggested by the owner gave the right aroma and color to an evening full of joy and carefreeness.

08/08/2025: Fantastic service. Delicious food. Great wine recommendations! The only downside is that we filled up too much on the baby zucchini blossoms stuffed with cacio e Pepe, multiple pastas and the sliced beef with roasted eggplant to partake of the desserts. Highly recommend!

21/07/2025: It's inside a hotel, so the atmosphere is good. The food isn't that great, but the atmosphere is good. The servers were friendly and nice.

28/06/2025: I grabbed a supplì on the fly, I was in the area for work. Honestly, it didn't seem particularly good to me, I didn't try the pizza because it was all remade even though it was 4:20 pm. Hygiene standards need to be reviewed, in my opinion.

22/05/2025: Great neighborhood pizzeria! We go there regularly to pick up our Friday night pizza. The pizzas are excellent and the staff is friendly and welcoming. I recommend it!

28/05/2025: Cozy place with extremely kind staff. They have different gastronomic proposals during the day for breakfast or snack and for lunch. The absolutely competitive prices do not affect the quality of the food in the slightest. Possibility also to study or work while you consume.

29/03/2025: I was here this afternoon for a graduation party. I liked the informal atmosphere, yet the delightful, slightly retro decor. Comfortable seating and well-heated space. Excellent food and noteworthy express cuisine. Compliments to Ms. Barbara and all the staff, whose names I unfortunately don't know. I recommend it 👍

20/07/2025: I'm sorry, but every other night they always have the music blaring with no respect for the people who live nearby and who get up at five in the morning to go to work. Rude.

09/07/2025: A really cute bar in the little square, with outdoor seating. The service was really pleasant, and the guy who makes the cocktails was very professional and gave us much-appreciated suggestions.

14/08/2025: It's a very cozy atmosphere. They treated us Japanese guests with great hospitality and we had a wonderful time. The food was delicious, even though we had never tried it before, and the cocktails were, of course, great.

09/08/2025: Very unfriendly waiter. We walked in and were immediately given a strange look. The waiter sent us to a room away from the other guests, even though there were still seats available there, and we felt very uncomfortable. He was very annoyed with us (the light-skinned ones) but was very friendly to the dark-skinned people in the other room.

19/08/2025: The welcome was good... Everything else is a waste. Bed, hygiene, paint, electrical, faucets, lampshades, nothing was right. Booked 4 nights... left after one night. Unpleasant odor, poorly maintained area, almost abandoned. Not a single gesture despite the false advertising. (Booking photo) Tourist tax for 4 days also well collected... Wasps galore, soundproofing non-existent. Fitness bike on the roof, dying between two deckchairs, broken. Bare switch and wiring... interesting with the "pets allowed" notice. Battery and other accessories lying around in the common areas. Probably a genuine desire to do good, but nothing works here. In short, run away. A customer deserves respect.

17/08/2025: I could really sum it up in two words: Disgusting. I've traveled a lot in my life and stayed in many villas and hotels, but I've never seen one like this. Everything was dusty, the faucets were dirty, and the shower was just as dirty. Highly not recommended. It really deserves half a star.

08/08/2025: A disappointment!!! A real bar, elegant! The staff at the counter were very polite and professional. Unfortunately, the girl at the register, without greeting us, arrogantly announced in a loud voice as we entered that the place would close in 5 minutes, even though Sunday closing time is 9:00 PM and we were there at 7:50 PM for a quick drink. I understand a full day of work, but I don't understand the ignorance in a historic place like the Bargello. It's a real shame!! I know one more or one less customer doesn't make much of a difference, but...in the end we went elsewhere!!
