Dar Parucca In Roma

Dinner with friends. I'll start by saying that in Rome it was 35 degrees at 8:00 pm, so the place was very hot. The place was small, so we were too crowded. The waitress was nice and friendly, but one was too few. The food was good, the cacio e pepe wasn't very good, the meatballs were excellent, but a bit expensive for a trattoria. Overall, worth trying again in winter.

Being a huge fan of the TV show "4 Ristoranti," I promised myself that, once I arrived in Rome, I would go to Dar Parucca. What can I say... it was a wonderful discovery! Not only is the food excellent, but the service is also truly impeccable. The girls in the dining room are incredibly friendly, authentic, and cheerful, and they made me feel right at home. There's a genuine and welcoming atmosphere that makes the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to savor authentic Roman cuisine in a family-friendly setting. First time at Dar Parucca... phenomenal! My girlfriend and I started with a truly excellent tartare, so much so that we each ordered one. Then we tried the summer amatriciana, a pleasant discovery we'd never tried before. To finish, a delicious, creamy tiramisu with a flavor reminiscent of homemade. A truly enjoyable dinner in a welcoming atmosphere. We'll definitely be back.

One of those dinners that makes you want to return. We visited Dar Parucca for the first time and had a truly wonderful time. The atmosphere is welcoming, the staff was friendly and helpful from the start, and there's a relaxed vibe, typical of authentic Roman osterias. We ordered carbonara, amatriciana, and Chianina meatballs. The carbonara won us over: creamy, flavorful, and prepared as it should be. The amatriciana and meatballs were also very good, truly delicious. We finished with dessert and coffee, chatting without ever feeling rushed. It was one of those simple dinners that leave you satisfied and eager to return. If you're looking for well-crafted Roman cuisine in a genuine setting, this is definitely a place we recommend.

I went there last night, excellent food, meatball appetizer, amazing cacio e pepe and summer amatriciana, amazing, nice and kind waitresses, the only sore thing was that there was no wig 🤣

Discovered the picchiapò! Delicious 🤤 but also shared appetizers and sides! Everything good! Even the meatballs in tomato sauce!

The Amatriciana was delicious, but the Carbonara was spectacular... and I know a thing or two about Carbonara 😊😊😊
