My favorite pastry shop in the center of Rome! Fantastic desserts, ranging from American to Austrian recipes. I especially recommend the Carrot Cake, the Cheesecake, or the Strudel and Florentiner. High-quality ingredients. Also worth trying is the excellent bread, especially the Dinkel. Recommended for anyone looking for a tasty slice of cake or a delicious Viennese brioche! 🍰

I attended the Christmas event yesterday. The space could have been better managed, and the communication wasn't very contemporary. The desserts were good, but the presentation wasn't very engaging. The atmosphere could definitely be improved and made more accessible.

Most wonderful tiramisu ever had

A wonderful and charming bakery and pastry shop with fantastic Austrian specialties right in the heart of the Eternal City! The service was exceptionally warm and friendly. I had the pleasure of trying the Black Forest cherry cake and the apple strudel – and it truly tasted like home in Austria. The espresso was superb! Anyone from Austria looking for a taste of home while abroad will definitely find it at "La Dolce Roma." Highly recommended!

The coffee was excellent. The Sachertorte was also delicious. Very friendly staff. We took some Kornspitz rolls with us for breakfast. They tasted just like in Austria. Top-notch! 👍🏻

We ordered a wedding cake from this historic pastry shop. The owners were immediately very kind, and together we worked out a solution that would also accommodate a diabetic (other pastry shops weren't able to offer this customization). On the wedding day, the cake was greatly appreciated by all the guests; they deemed it excellent, fresh, and not heavy. We highly recommend this pastry shop, which was the only one to offer us a traditional yet original product. We also recommend them for their courtesy and willingness to accommodate their customers' needs.

Recommended by a Roman friend, I discovered a delicious ricotta and sour cherry cake, served by a friendly and very handsome young man. Sure, the prices aren't cheap, but I think we should indulge every now and then, and this is one of the perfect places.

The best ice cream and desserts in the area, something totally Italian.
