01/06/2025: We've discovered a little treasure and couldn't be more grateful. The service was warm, honest, and very pleasant; and the food was simply excellent. The cacio e pepe was so delicious! We'll treasure this place. We're back this time, and we hope it won't be the last.

The owner was very kind and friendly, the food was good, there was a problem with the saute but they solved it immediately.

13/06/2025: We had a really lovely time here. My husband booked the table well in advance and we were greeted so warmly by the staff. The food was delicious and, even though there was queue for tables, we didn't feel pressured to leave our table any quicker than we wanted to. It was also good value - a shared starter, two mains, a shared dessert and two drinks was just about €50.
11/06/2025: A wonderful, atmospheric, small restaurant. Delicious food, amazing pasta and tiramisu. Very nice and helpful service. It's best to make a reservation to eat here, because it's very crowded and it's hard to get a table on the spot. A place worth recommending and coming back to ♥️

10/06/2025: I had lunch at this little place on the banks of the Tiber. Interesting vegan offerings, almost exclusively self-produced. Most of the dishes are also gluten-free, delicious desserts and coffee too! Nice selection of natural wines. We also bought some products (granola, curry seed mix, wood-roasted peanuts and peanut cream)!

We tasted two first courses: ravioli and their artisanal fettuccine with really good ragù.
The meat second courses including rabbit, chicken and lamb are cooked light and well spiced
The friendly and attentive service and the bill of a real trattoria

16/06/2025: Quite good sandwiches, even if the sausage remained raw, it's not the first time I go and I have to say that the sausage is always raw, it must be cooked well. I understood the speed of the service, but with raw meat you risk. The girl at the cashier, since she works with the public, could respond in a perhaps slightly more polite manner.
02/06/2025: I often go to Qs small business run for years with simplicity by friendly young people. Outdoor space usable even in winter. I often take their mega stuffed sandwich very cheap with hamburger to take away and enjoy it at home ... I recommend it !!

29/05/2025: We were lucky to have our Airbnb right next to this place.
Although most of the nights we spent downtown, we were inspired enough to try coffee here and in our last day, we came for some chill time and two paninis.
Wow, what a place! We really felt welcomed, the food was great and worth the money, the coffee was also tasteful and the personal was very very kind!
Kindly recommend!
29/05/2025: Drank some of the best coffee in Rome in this place! It was near our airbnb and discovered this gem right downstairs to our apartment. Came back for the panini, which i can say were very good and just what we needed before our flight back home!

18/06/2025: Cafè Gotico is incredible. We stopped by on a recommendation and, even though the place was packed, they found a seat for us. We speak very (very!) rudimentary Italian, but they went above and beyond to make us feel incredibly welcome, including teaching us a few new phrases! And, probably most importantly, the food was the best, and cheapest, of our entire trip. The precious cafè dog is an added bonus!
