30/11/2025: It's been a while since I last ate here, and I had fond memories of the place. The positive feedback has been confirmed, if not increased, for the quality and variety of the dishes. If you're looking for a good sandwich in Monterotondo, Rima is the place to go.

07/12/2025: Abruzzo in the center of Rome. Always fresh mutton skewers Liver and chicken skewers, all Abruzzo. The pecorino skewers are top-notch. The girls are very friendly and provide service.

We were quite a large group, yet from the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a genuine smile, the kind that makes you understand that hospitality here isn't a formality, but a value. The restaurant is bright, with attention to detail but without being overbearing. Tastefully decorated. The aromas wafting from the kitchen already promised something, but the reality exceeded all expectations. We started with mixed appetizers that seemed painted on a plate, delicious and beautiful. Then came the first courses—a treat for the palate. Impeccable service, perfect timing, and a bill that, surprisingly, was more than fair considering the quality and attention to every detail. We all left with a smile, satisfied not only with good food, but also with a wonderful feeling. A special thanks to Lola and Angela, professional and kind. The love they put into their work shines through, and they know how to make you feel good. In short: a place where you eat well, feel good, and immediately want to return. A full five stars, and if I could, I'd give one more for the kindness of the staff.

25/11/2025: I stumbled upon California Cookhouse by chance during an afternoon stroll downtown and couldn't help but stop in. The place is welcoming, with modern decor and a bar area where the aroma of grilled meat fills the air as soon as you enter. The real star is the burger. The meat, pressed to perfection, forms a crispy and flavorful crust, while the center remains soft and succulent. I tried the Deluxe Burger, a classic version with cheddar cheese, bacon, caramelized onion, fresh lettuce, and their secret sauce, a perfect balance of flavor and spiciness. The fries are an irresistible side. The service is fast and friendly; In short, California Cookhouse is the perfect place for those who want to enjoy a quality burger in a casual yet refined atmosphere. I'll definitely be back to try the other options on the menu!

20/11/2025: Having been turned away by other restaurants, I was welcomed with kindness and generosity. A hearty dinner with puntarelle with anchovies, tagliata, and Roman-style artichokes. Excellent house wine. Rome is unique!

The crispy guanciale and impeccable creaming make this dish one of the best I've ever tried. The atmosphere is welcoming, the service extremely courteous and attentive without being intrusive. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and authentically Roman: you immediately feel at home here, amidst the aroma of freshly baked pizza and the traditional dishes arriving piping hot at the table. The cuisine is authentic Roman: carbonara, amatriciana, cacio e pepe, and grilled main courses, all cooked to perfection, using fresh ingredients and generous portions. The pizzas are thin, crispy, and cooked to perfection, with generous and flavorful toppings. The house wine and desserts are also excellent, making for a perfect end to the meal. The service is quick but never rushed, and the staff is smiling and helpful, always ready to recommend the perfect dish. The value for money is more than fair, especially considering the quality of the food served. A special thanks to the owner, Roberto, a true master of the house: attentive, friendly, always present in the dining room, and capable of making every guest feel special. I will definitely be back and recommend it to anyone looking for a true, authentic, and heartfelt Roman trattoria-pizzeria.

08/12/2025: About 2-3 years after I became vegetarian, my father surprised me by taking me to this wonderful restaurant. For the first time in years, I found myself able to choose what to eat on a restaurant menu, rather than being forced to choose the only vegetarian option as is often the case. And not only did I have a choice, but I'd say it was more than just a meal; it was an incredible culinary experience. The quality of the dishes is astonishing, and the warm service and atmosphere only add to this picture of perfection. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

07/12/2025: This is a vegan and vegetarian friendly restaurant along Corso Vittorio Emanuelle II just across from Basilica di Sant'Andrea della Valle. They have a fair-sized indoor seating area as well as outdoor tables. Opening hours are 9am to 11pm (weekends) and 10am to 11pm (weekdays). Menu features a range of salads, pastas and other Italian dishes prepared suitable for those seeking plant-based dining options around the city. We had lunch here during a recent visit to Rome and found our meal to be pretty good. Impossible Meat based meatballs had really good texture, tasted nice. Cacio e pepe pasta was decent, pasta was perfect, the vegan cheese was fine, serving needed much more pepper though. The Asian style Buddha Bowl was a nice serving of fresh veg. Enjoyed this dish the most of the three. Service friendly, prices reasonable for veggie and vegan dining. Would be happy to eat here again when seeking healthy, plant-based dining around Rome.

I was drawn here because my partner is vegetarian, and I have to say the quality is truly excellent. The menu isn't very varied, but it's very original and interesting. The staff is fantastic, attentive, and kind. The place is modest but tastefully decorated, making it suitable for both couples and friends. The space is small, creating a more intimate atmosphere. The desserts are delicious. Personally, I prefer more trattoria-style dishes, including vegetarian ones (carbonara or other, even impact food-style). Prices are average, a little above, but within the quality range. I'd say it's very good, but not my cup of tea.

The warmth that envelops you as soon as you enter is wonderful, the food is delicious, bringing back memories of distant flavors you thought you'd never taste again; the hospitality of the owner and staff makes you feel at home, and you never want to leave because you feel so good. Everything is wonderful, The Snug deserves so much success, and I'll be back soon, perhaps for an aperitif, along with my furry friend: because it's also dog-friendly! Excellent products, excellent value!
