We ate at Vox Populi for lunch on recommendation from our BNB host and it did not disappoint! We loved our first sandwich so much we ordered two more. A must not miss in Rome!

Perfect if you'd like a gluten-free sandwich! The menu is extensive. The staff were great and spoke good English. In summer '26 the pricing is around €8 per sandwich and the gluten free bread was an additional €2.50 per sandwich order. They also had vegetarian options.

27/08/2026: Classic flavors, rediscovered flavors. If you want to choose, you can't miss the gelato at "I Caruso." Go! And come back, because once is never enough.
27/08/2026: Delicious ice cream, top quality. I highly recommend the zabaglione. The server didn't ask if I wanted cream. It's a shame about the prices: three flavors cost €4.50. But the quality is top notch.

29/07/2026: We had lunch here during our stay in Rome, and it turned out to be one of the most memorable dining experiences of our trip. We started with the Parma ham and fresh cheese, served with ripe figs. The combination was simple yet beautifully executed—the delicate, savoury Parma ham paired perfectly with the cheese, while the figs added a natural sweetness that balanced the dish. It was fresh and light. For the main courses, I ordered the Spaghetti Carbonara, while my wife chose the Spaghetti alle Vongole. The pasta was cooked perfectly, with an excellent texture that really showcased the quality of the ingredients. The Carbonara was rich and authentic, although slightly saltier than my personal preference. The Spaghetti Vongole was equally enjoyable, with fresh clams and delicious flavours, though it was also a touch on the salty side. Overall, this was one of the restaurants that impressed us during our trip to Italy. The quality of the ingredients, the perfectly cooked pasta, and the authentic Roman flavours made it a memorable meal. I would recommend this restaurant.
