06/06/2025: Simply wow, delicious food, I had a carbonara that made me cry because it was so good, since we were very impressed by the carbonara we also had some meatballs and I must say that sadly they surpassed grandma's, so a highly recommended place.

01/06/2025: Absolutely remarkable experience!! The food was fantastic (especially the octopus and the pasta with yellow tomatoes) but what really topped it off, was the service. This must have been one of the most genuine and warm-hearted experiences I have ever had in a restaurant. Alberto gave us excellent recommendations for food and wine as we quickly bonded over his experience in Brazil. This was the true example how excellent service can elevate a great meal into a fantastic experience. We can highly recommend to anyone in the area!

29/05/2025: Dramatically overpriced. Photos and menu promised well, with a particularity of offer that justified the medium-high prices. The flavors and details of the location did not confirm. Albacore tuna that seemed to have just come out of the can, bread, butter and anchovies served in a pitiful way, still to be composed and with cold butter for which we had to wait. I'm sorry but I had started with high expectations and I was disappointed. I will not go back

16/06/2025: I had one of the worst dining experiences at Ristorante Caffè Martini & Rossi, and it was all due to the incredibly rude waitress named Magda. From the moment we sat down, the service was a disaster. First, Magda got our order wrong. Then we waited over 30 minutes for food, and by the time everyone at my table had finished eating, my pizza finally arrived. I asked to cancel it since we had a scheduled tour at the Colosseum and were traveling with three kids and had to leave right after. Instead of understanding the situation, Magda was rude and dismissive, telling me I had to pay for the food I didn’t get a chance to eat and insisted I "just take it with me." I explained repeatedly that I didn’t want it, and when I asked to speak to a manager, she arrogantly said she was the manager and there was nothing she could do. No apology, no courtesy – just a cold attitude. What made things worse is that every other table received complimentary bread right away, while ours got it 30 minutes later. I even noticed another table had a similar issue, and their order was canceled without a problem — by the same server! It felt like we were being singled out, and to be honest, her behavior seemed blatantly racist. Only when I told her I would leave a review on Google did she suddenly change her mind, offering to cancel the charge and told us we could still take the pizza (which we didn’t want anymore). We ended up giving it to a homeless person because we were out of time and appetite after that awful experience. Avoid this place at all costs – especially if you're a tourist or traveling with kids. There are so many better, friendlier places to eat in Rome that won’t ruin your day.

03/06/2025: La mia esperienza personale é che ho preso un cono con due gusti e un frappè al pistacchio. Il gelato l'ho preso con yogurt all'amarena e noci, lo yogurt all'amarena sapeva di variegato all'amarena e le noci sapevano di noci poi ho messo anche la panna ed era pochissima. Invece per il frappè ha messo pochissimo pistacchio e tantissimo latte ed il frappè sapeva di latte. I prezzi sono esagerati.

15/06/2025: Attention, this judgment is given only for courtesy (lack). The place is very nice and judging by the reviews of other customers and the reservations it should have a good culinary offer. Too bad that to eat here you have to book a long time in advance and not on Friday for Sunday. Although I tried several times to book for Sunday lunch, I never succeeded and went there to see for myself: the sufficiency with which I was treated made me give up trying again, the only thing I managed to get, at my request, is the business card in the photo.

06/06/2025: 423euros for 2 people, for a tasting menu of 7 steps (plus 2 desserts) & wine paring with 1 sparkling, 2 whites, 1 orange and 1 rosso. My first experience in a 1* Michelin star restaurant and a great one. Don't have much to compare with but it was overall an astounding experience. I do have to say only 3 plates had a real "wow" feeling, but all of them were greatly enjoyable.

28/05/2025: Everything you can ask for in a fine dining establishment. Great experience and would recommend to anyone who has an acquired taste.

The owners are exquisite, welcoming and genuine people. I will definitely return and I recommend it to anyone looking for a place to eat well and feel at home.

26/05/2025: Dante's cellar, besides being a guarantee, is one of my favorite places for many things... starting from the food, always excellent, from the service and the value for money... I have eaten both meat and fish, always excellent... never tried the pizza
