16/03/2026: It is a pleasent surprise to eat that well so close to one of the most turistic spots in the world - the restaurant is only a couple of minutes walking from Saint Peter's basilica.
Slightly upscale restaurant vibes, but the food does not really match the intention. It is very good cuisine, and the service is excellent, but it feels pricey for what it is worth.

19/03/2026: Had a great meal here! Their Tiramisu was my favourite of the whole trip. Service was great - thanks Aaron! The atmosphere was good too but a bit loud and crowded in the coveted area across the road on a busy street - not their fault at all.

The staff is nothing short of fantastic: kind, helpful, attentive. And the food... What can I say? High-quality, flavorful, plentiful, carefully cooked by those who know what they're made of.
I return whenever I can, a must-visit and reference point in Guidonia, in the world, and in my heart!

She also recommended the "gricetta" appetizer while we waited for the pinsa. Very good, and the other appetizers are worth trying too!
For those who weren't sure, she opted for the double-flavor option from the pinsa selection!

A fantastic experience, top-notch food, and enormous portions. I jokingly said I'd write a negative review because "there's too much food." Highly recommended. Excellent food, superb appetizers, and out-of-this-world first courses. We won't change places again.
29/03/2026: Super-abundant dishes of incredible flavor, you can really taste the quality and the traditional cuisine. The service was impeccable: fast, friendly, and always available.
The atmosphere is typically homey, welcoming, and authentic, making you feel instantly at home. The folk song singers liven up the experience, and the staff are super friendly and always willing to provide information. Highly recommended!

05/12/2025: Fantastic pasta! Everything on the menu looks so yummy 🤤Each dish is freshly cooked right in front of you. Today I had Carbonara and it was absolutely delicious; the spaghetti was al dente and the guanciale was crispy and salty which went very well with the creamy sauce. I only have 3 days in Rome this trip and tomorrow I will go back to try Amatriciana.
The atmosphere is fast-paced as it’s busy and there are many takeaway orders. It’s a place to eat and leave, not a place to hang out. The service could be better.
