08/08/2024: This was my best dining experience in Rome so far. I’ve actually accidentally stumbled upon this place in a search where i could charge my phone and i was so lucky to find it. The server was an extremely sweet guy, who not only recommended me a perfect dish, but also asked the barmen to make me a craft cocktail (which was really tasty btw). The atmosphere was very kind and the place seemed pretty cheap for me compared to another places in Rome. Highly recommend! :)

30/07/2024: The restaurant is located two minutes from the center of Frascati. It has a large free private car park and, if it is full, it is possible to leave the car in the close vicinity of the restaurant in a large public car park. The location is very well looked after, characterized by refined furnishings that are a little vintage and a little pop, which contribute to making the environment elegant but not too much. Personally I love it, it is suitable both for an evening with friends and for a dinner with that girl who makes your heart beat. In summer it is also possible to take advantage of the restaurant's terrace, where you can spend an evening enjoying the fresh air typical of the Castelli Romani. The staff is helpful, competent and professional with a hint of informality that I always appreciate. You can book a table either by calling the landline or via WhatsApp. Perhaps the latter method is more efficient. The food is of excellent quality. The saloon tartare I chose was fresh and tasty. The pasta, al dente as I like it with pesto, calamari and their sauce, tomatoes and cream cheese was simply delicious. I would go back just to enjoy it again. The lemon semifreddo was also good, fresh and excellent for finishing the dinner by refreshing the palate. The prices: I spent 15 euros for the tartare, 16 for the pasta and 6 for the dessert. The cover charge costs 2 euros and the water 2.50 euros per bottle. For the quality, the execution, the quantity of portions, the location and the private parking, I consider the price justified. In fact, once I looked at the menu, I was afraid of paying without eating too much, but this didn't happen and I left satisfied and with a full belly. Also an excellent place for after dinner, thanks to the various cocktails and wines that are offered. The last time I went after dinner you didn't need a reservation, just show up from 10pm onwards. But it's been a while since I went for an after-dinner drink, so maybe find out more. Maybe something has changed. Rare is the place that transports you to a truly pleasant location, but beyond the smoke there is also the roast guys, nothing to say really. I've been going there for a while and will continue to do so. I recommend it!

09/07/2024: Sono stata due volte nella stessa settimana in questa Braceria mangiando con molta soddisfazione. Posto accogliente, personale cortese ,parcheggio comodissimo. Ottimi gli antipasti caldi, super la carne scelta al bancone e consigliata secondo le nostre richieste. Come contorno oltre a delle squisite patate al forno Abbiamo preso anche dello cavolo nero : una bella sorpresa. Tra i dolci che ho assaggiato il nostro tavolo ho preferito il tiramisù, un po’ diverso dal solito. Bilancio positivo anche per quanto riguarda il conto

20/06/2024: I often go to dinner with them because the meat is always exceptional. Tonight we then had the nice surprise of having dinner outside on a very nice and welcoming terrace away from the noise of the city. Where I always find courteous, helpful and smiling waiters to welcome me.. what can I say about the owners very nice people who come to meet you every time simply to say hello.... small gestures that make you feel welcome every time.... for me their cuisine and the choice of meat they offer to the customer is top👍

30/05/2024: Questo è l’esempio di ciò che io chiamo “Un ritrovo della cucina italiana… Gourmet!”. La location è d’ispirazione per un pranzo durante la visita della bella Tivoli, oppure un Aperitivo rilassante, oppure una cena all’insegna di piatti dove quello che regna è l’unione tra ingredienti, amore per la cucina, esperienza dello Chef. E qui chi meglio dello Chef Tiziano Zuccari può dare il meglio di se! Credetemi… ho avuto la fortuna di provare i suoi piatti e le sue ricette e lo ringrazio veramente! Ad accoglierti poi c’è Alessia… donna forte e che sa cosa vuol dire il sorriso e l’attenzione per un cliente! I piatti sono di vario tipo ma quello che li definisce è permetterti di degustare differenti sapori magari accompagnati da un ottimo cocktail. Quello che posso consigliare a tutti è che se passate per Tivoli, mentre passeggiate nel cuore della città, provate la mia stessa esperienza perché ne vale veramente la pena!

11/08/2024: This restaurant is overpriced for what you get. When you're paying 20€ for a salmon tartare, you expect more than a tiny portion with a fish scale in it! While the food tasted decent, it lacked originality. Half of the dishes we ordered had the same potato and onion purée base, and the sweet chili sauce tasted like something from the store. The portions are incredibly small, even for the city center. The service was good, but the outdoor seating left much to be desired, with slanted tables making it uncomfortable. Our bill came to just over 100€ for two appetizers, two main courses, and a single glass of wine. It wasn’t enough food, and we ended up going somewhere else for dessert. Even with a discount, we probably wouldn’t be coming back.

26/07/2024: Scoperto per caso su instagram e prenotato tramite The Fork, siamo andati a cena un mercoledì afoso romano. Ci siamo seduti fuori e devo dire che il ragazzo che ci ha serviti al tavolo è stato molto attento alle nostre esigenze, gentile e disponibile. mangiato crudi e un primo di mare ed era tutto fresco e molto buono. Ho provato la degustazione di crudi come antipasti e alcuni abbinamenti non mi hanno fatto impazzire, ma è una questione di gusti, il pesce era oggettivamente ottimo. Non sono molto economici ma con the fork devo dire ceh il prezzo è nella media (circa 60 eur p.p.). Ambientazione molto carina e intima, ottima per una cena a due a monti.

18/08/2024: I really don’t recommend it. It’s definitely not a matter of taste incompatibility. There are definitely better options in Rome. You really don’t need to queue up to eat at this restaurant (you don’t have to queue up, really), whether it’s pasta, No need to try pizza or appetizers. The best tasting thing is tap water. Thank you boss for giving us a big bottle.

30/08/2024: Every time I come to the front desk, the attitude of the lady at the front desk is very good~ Due to improper communication, I ordered the wrong milk tea. The lady also actively changed the milk tea👏🏻 She is gentle and friendly every time! I wish the business is prosperous~ Give the ladies at the front desk a raise, hahaha, you are so patient❤️❤️

10/08/2024: In viaggio verso la Sicilia, abbiamo pensato di fermarci a cena a Guidonia e così per caso abbiamo trovato questo ristorante… piatti deliziosi, accoglienza fantastica! Lo consiglio a pieni voti, personale simpaticissimo e molto ospitale, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Ci ritorneremo molto volentieri. Pure er cane ha dato voto 10!

17/07/2024: It is worth traveling from other parts of Rome to eat here: quality products, market ingredients and everything homemade, even the desserts and fresh pasta. It is also very well decorated and Francesca explains each dish and each wine with devotion and wisdom. Highly recommended.
