05/11/2025: I'm writing this review after an evening of calling to try to understand how they handle Glovo orders. I placed a €30 order, and only two items were correct; they decided what to include in the rest. I called to find out. Initially, they couldn't find the order, so I had to show them proof. They couldn't do anything about it, and they thought they'd compensate me "on my word" by calling on the next order I placed (sheer madness, I'd say). My husband had to paste the order for them at 10 PM instead of delegating one of their employees to bring me the correct order, after countless phone threats from me to ensure that my order would at least be refunded. Moral of the story: My husband arrived at the restaurant and, according to the person I spoke to, the staff wasn't there and it was busy, so someone could easily have brought me the correct order. Secondly, they added items I hadn't requested as an apology, piping hot items along with the sushi, which in theory should literally be kept separately and away from heat sources! Sushi literally ruined, inedible, like rubber, especially next to stuff I didn't order. Oh, they didn't respect allergies, not even in this case (in the first one they included Philadelphia a go-go, and I'm allergic), because adding products that could contaminate the rest is pure madness. I think the way you treat customers is quite ridiculous; I can only imagine the rest. I just hope I don't feel sick after the hell you put me through yesterday. NEVER AGAIN! I STRONGLY DISCOMFORTABLE.

21/02/2025: A pizzeria worth trying, with perfectly leavened dough and super-good ingredients. Excellent pizza by the slice, served with extremely friendly and helpful staff. In addition to pizza, they also have a good selection of hot dishes, including quality first and second courses. What more can I say? Try it and believe it!

11/10/2025: First off the staff are on point. They quickly greet you to have you seated, they clear tables as soon as they are vacated, and they're easy to flag down when you want another drink, if they don't come up to offer one when you're empty (which might take a few minutes when they're busy). Everyone was really friendly and by my third visit they knew my first drink order as soon as they saw me and brought me to my seat. If you're a fan of spritzes this is a must visit.

24/09/2025: The locations is magical, and the experience is nothing more than perfect! 5henfood is fantastic, the service is amazing, and the food is so so so fantastic! We visited them the first time when we stayed at palestrina, but then we came again from Tivoli 3 days after just because we had to! Don't miss it!

15/10/2025: Good evening, I'm writing this review despite the fact that the place is nice. You're still basically eating bruschetta, pizza, and various appetizers. The price can never, ever, match a restaurant dinner! Especially considering you're served on benches. I don't question the products and quality, but a half-slice of boiled cod for €14 and a vegetable for €8 just doesn't exist!

08/10/2025: Overnight stay via a company website for a convention in Rome (I work for an American multinational). During breakfast today (October 8, 2025), at around 7:30 AM, I headed to the breakfast table. A waiter whose face and features I remember well told me I had a group breakfast. This was absolutely not true. I paid for a terrible breakfast, in a noisy environment that was not at all suitable for professionals traveling to Rome for work and not for a school trip... Unacceptable. I will never return and will spread the word about this terrible experience to my colleagues both in Milan and Rome, and even abroad. After I got angry, a colleague of the black waiter who had persisted with the group breakfast kindly brought me a coffee. I thanked the lady for the coffee, but the colleague's behavior was unacceptable, without any verification, without even apologizing. If I could, I would give the service a 0. You are not professionals.

22/07/2025: Friendliness and goodness from this amazing bakery, recommended by friends but above all I was pleasantly surprised some time ago when I ordered pizzas and sandwiches for a party and the quality was truly high! Very fair prices and a warm and genuine welcome from those who work in the bakery.
