Excellent location. Well-kept hotel and very friendly staff.

A comfortable and cozy hotel. The rooms are spacious and equipped with many useful amenities, such as slippers, a kettle, and a free bottle of water. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of savory options (from Roman pinza to beans, scrambled eggs, etc.) and sweets. The evening restaurant service was a bit disappointing, but that was probably a coincidence. The reception staff were very kind and helpful, and the free parking was a plus. Google Maps showed the wrong location (directly behind the hotel), so be careful.

The rooms are beautiful and well-kept, ideal for any event or even just for a stay in the restaurant, you will also find Roman cuisine dishes

I attended a conference at the Hotel Mercure Roma West and had an extremely positive experience. The conference rooms are spacious, well-equipped, and perfectly organized from a technical and logistical standpoint. The staff was efficient, friendly, and always available to meet guests' needs. The coffee breaks and catering service were also excellent. A professional setting, ideal for events, conferences, and business meetings. Highly recommended.
