We finally found a delicious and digestible pinsa!! I found this pinseria by chance after returning from the hospital where I had undergone surgery, and since I couldn't cook, I took advantage of it! What can I say, a pleasant surprise!! The staff was extremely kind, friendly, and available to meet my every need. The home delivery service was also punctual, actually 5 minutes early! It was delicious, digestible, and had many assorted flavors. In short, it's our family pinseria!

Authentic stuff. Real Pinza. I often go there for lunch, never heavy. Very kind.

My first visit to Pinseria Romana de Zio and I'm already in love! I tried the pinsa margherita and the crostino: both excellent. The dough is exactly as it should be: crunchy on the outside, light and digestible on the inside, and you can taste all the ingredients. Nothing predictable, true quality. I'll be back soon! 🍕

I recommend it to everyone, an inviting place especially for the lightness and goodness of the Pinsa seasoned with the following flours: soy, wheat and rice to make it digestible and tasty🍕🍻🍕
