26/04/2025: This is where you have to go for the best pasta in Rome. I particularly recommend the black truffle pasta. The locals know it well: you'll mostly meet Romans in this small, discreet family restaurant.

23/04/2025: I returned after a couple of decades, I remembered a small trattoria frequented by the few Romans who lived in the Coronari area, now they think of staying in Montecarlo, a tourist trap (we were the only Romans/Italians) a wine list with 6/7 pages of champagne, bottles even costing €6,500 (it's not a typo, just six thousand five hundred euros). Cuisine in the standards of the thousands of "normal" places that can be found in Rome, but at millionaire prices. 90 euros for two for a carbonara with asparagus, an artichoke and a portion of saltimbocca with a "poor" wine, 30 euros for a wine that costs €8 in a wine shop. Never again

02/05/2025: The vegetarian choice is practically non-existent (except for 1-2 starters and side dishes). Unfortunately in 2025 this is unacceptable, even more so in a place with a modern concept like this.

23/03/2025: I go there for evening aperitifs. As for the quality of drinks, it's the best in the area. Quality bottles, good appetizers and super welcoming staff. It's not the typical place in the area for bad spritzes at 5 euros. It has a large covered outdoor space. The only critical point is the parking in the area

11/02/2025: Well done, well done!! Yari and Daniele are really very kind and nice. The pleasure of being recognized the second time you enter this place is a detail that says a lot about their professionalism. We consumed three spectacular aperitifs here: the Spritz (both classic and revisited by them) is served with sauces, crostini and a platter with a vast selection of foods, ranging from cured meats, cheeses, olives, grilled and pickled vegetables, pizzas and crostini. In short, not the usual aperitif with two chips and 4 peanuts!! All at a fair price. Now our aperitif is here. Thanks guys!

03/05/2025: Nonostante io non avessi preavvisato che mangio senza glutine hanno provato lo stesso a portarmi un risotto con mazzancolle decontaminato che purtroppo sapeva di poco.Ho comunque mangiato il pesce di condimento. Notando che avevo lasciato il risotto si sono preoccupati di sostituirlo spontaneamente con delle patatine fritte. Ottimo personale.La mia amica ha gradito il menù completo

20/03/2025: I was there for a 40th birthday, welcoming place, friendly staff and very tasty food.

17/03/2025: We decide with a friend to have a bite to eat and this place comes to mind, which many say is worth visiting. So in no time we book a table for lunch. I already know the place (it used to be a German pub) but I hadn't yet had the pleasure of being their guest for lunch. "Their guest" because the owners are affable and kind people who know how to make their customers feel good by making them feel at ease. This preamble is to say that the staff here knows how to work and consequently also how to cook. In fact, food is an expression of the territory, with tasty and quality dishes. We opted for an "aperi-rib" menu consisting of an appetizer of cured meats and cheese, two pasta omelettes, red wine for two and a beautiful one-kg rib-eye, beautifully broiled and cooked to perfection. Needless to say, the meat was tender and really good. I can't give a direct opinion on anything else because our menu didn't include other courses; but I can assure you that the dishes of the neighbors at the table were beautifully plated and looked really tasty. And what was no less important were the portions. Finally a place where even if you get a first course, you will receive a dish of the right proportions and not those "miserable" things that you now see everywhere. Well assorted wine cellar, as well as the selection of meat; matured in a visible cell and from which you can choose your own steak. What can I say? I definitely recommend this place (to which I will return). Thanks to all the staff for delighting us with your cuisine and your hospitality. Ps. Prices more than fair 💯

22/12/2024: Gianpo Pizza is a reference for the neighborhood, I have been frequenting it since it was in the old location in via Trionfale and it has never changed one iota. Always excellent with a genuine and homemade gastronomic offering that can conquer all palates. Super recommended if you are in the area and looking for good food, with welcoming staff, fast and at honest prices.
