If you're going without a reservation, I recommend going early! A must-see in Rome! Everything we ate was excellent.

A small restaurant with a very Roman and authentic atmosphere. Traditional dishes are well-prepared, with generous portions and authentic flavors. We tried some of the great Roman classics and were very satisfied. The service was courteous and the ambiance simple yet quaint. A pleasant discovery.

If there's one place that's truly a must-visit during a visit to Rome, it's undoubtedly Armando al Pantheon. Finding it is incredibly easy, as it's literally steps away from one of the capital's most iconic monuments, but the real magic is managing to snag a table inside. The place is intimate and has limited seating, which is why it's essential to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. The experience is worth every penny. The cuisine is simply excellent, bringing authentic Roman tradition to the table, interpreted with care and using top-notch ingredients. Everything is cooked to perfection, but dessert deserves a special mention: their famous ricotta tart is a true delight, one of those delicacies that makes a memorable end to a meal and is worth the trip alone. The staff, always extremely attentive to their customers, is friendly, welcoming, and impeccably professional. Overall, it's an excellent place where great Roman cuisine meets the warmth of well-executed hospitality. Highly recommended!

This was a bucket list item for us. We love watching Stanley Tucci's show, regarding food in Italy. During his first season he went to this property and although we've been to Italy twice since then, we we were never able to get a reservation until this trip. It really was worth the wait. It's fine dining. They take their time with you. You're allowed just to sit and enjoy the food and it is really enjoyable. I had the carbonara and not that I have that very often when I eat, but it was the best I've ever had. Although you have to request reservations at a certain time, I think it's 30 days out, it's worth it to be able to eat there.

The food is very tasty, but a bit more expensive than other restaurants nearby that offer the same quality.

The pasta was good and the service excellent, but knowing how difficult it was to get a booking, I do not really understand the hype.
