The cacio e pepe was delicious, the octopus with chickpea cream was excellent, and the bubbles were excellent. A wonderful evening, worth repeating. I recommend it to anyone who wants to eat well and spend a fair amount.

15/04/2026: It is always a special stay! The staff is so helpful and we appreciate the space in the rooms. The location is not far from the Vatican and it is easy to return to Fiumicino Airport.

In addition to the truly excellent quality of the food, I'd like to highlight the waiter who served us (I don't remember his name, but he's a man in his 50s). He was truly elegant and friendly, a rare find! Compliments to the staff, and especially to him!
