Siamo venuti con tutta la famiglia ad Olevano Romano per prendere il vino sfuso alla cantina "Le terre del Cavaliere" ed abbiamo approfittato per un pranzo fuori porta da Franco. Tutto molto buono,dai primi al dolce. Porzioni molto abbondanti. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Apprezzatissimo il fatto che i prezzi sono rimasti quelli pre-covid.

Rusticità é il termine che contraddistingue questa trattoria. Le pietanze sono tutte rigorosamente tradotte dalla tradizione culinaria romana. L’esterno é incastonato nelle mura del borgo. I piatti che abbiamo assaggiato erano tutti squisiti quindi credo sia impossibile sbagliare. Lo consiglio vivamente a chi percorre le strade dell’agro romano.

Siamo stati in questo ristorante con la famiglia. Cibo molto buono e soprattutto porzioni molto abbondanti. Abbiamo preso il risotto alla crema di scampi TOP. Torneremo presto. Grazie Franco

04/04/2024: Good...everything delicious! The trio of raw products is worth a tasting, truly special! Tripe, side dishes, homemade tarts: tasty! The menu is constantly enriched with new things: among the side dishes, the Gricia style artichoke and the baked potato with stringy toma are spectacular. The artisanal production of cured meats (including lonzino, bresaola, capocollo, cotechino) must be highlighted, prepared with great care and attention to the use of meat and aromas. The staff and owners are really friendly and welcoming!
29/02/2024: Non sono una grande mangiatrice di carne ma la macelleria Ulivieri è sempre una certezza! Adoro in particolar modo i crudi (tartar, prosciutto di picanha, bistecca cruda e bruschetta con salsiccia cruda sono eccezionali!). Anche le bistecche cotto hanno un sapore unico! Personale attento, cortese e simpatico.

Agriturismo Ristorante Colle Tocci

01/04/2024: Easter Monday, trip to the Benedictine places: it is certainly a day in which few restaurants know how to get noticed, numbers and times don't help, but Casale Tocci didn't miss a beat. Excellent raw materials, excellent dishes, impeccable service. Everything was tasty and refined from the appetizer to the dessert. The farmhouse and the surrounding nature offer enchanting views. We will return with immense pleasure.
