15/04/2025: Having stumbled upon it by chance, we ate the pizza, I would say excellent, the old-fashioned owner goes around the tables and checks, and if necessary advises as he did with us, while waiting for the pizza he made us eat a Giudia-style artichoke...it's been a long time since I tasted a masterpiece like that. I will certainly return to taste the Roman cuisine advertised inside. Open only for dinner with garage available for customers.

14/04/2025: Ieri sera ho sperimentato (dietro suggerimento di Paolo), una nuova versione di "pizza con puntarelle" e devo dire di averla trovata davvero deliziosa! Complimenti Paolo, al prossimo suggerimento/proposta...

14/04/2025: Menù interessante, con ampia scelta e anche simpatico da leggere, con le sue descrizioni dei vari piatti. Essendo in tanti abbiamo avuto modo di provare più cose: buone le bruschette ed i fritti, veramente abbondanti e sostanziosi, soprattutto il baccalà che era veramente grande (consiglio di dividerli). Le pizze veramente buone, impasto leggero, un pò friabile e condite veramente bene (L'arrogante era una bomba, bella carica di porchetta). Tra le paste abbiamo provato i bucatini alla matriciana che meritavano. Anche i dolci originali, sufficientemente grandi le porzioni e buoni (peccato che la sfera di cioccolato era terminata). Il personale è veramente molto gentile, qualche dimenticanza ma di sabato sera è comprensibile. Prezzo finale onestissimo, di poco più di 20€ a persona.

12/04/2025: Pizza davvero molto buona, materie prime ottime, abbiamo mangiato fiori di zucca davvero buoni e pizza, io ho chiesto una modifica alla pizza, scegliendo una marinara con il gorgonzola, sono stati gentili e la pizza era strabuona, CONSIGLIATISSIMO

14/04/2025: Surprise in the San Lorenzo area, you can't understand very well from the outside, but when you open the door it seems like you're entering a place from the 1950s. The owner and mother are fantastic, kind service, excellent cuisine, Roman dishes and other reinterpretations. We have been back several times and it is always a success.

The cuisine is truly excellent, with part of the menu varying from day to day. Extensive wine list and even the bitters had a list all to themselves. Pleasant atmosphere.

26/04/2025: Passing through Tolfa, I booked by chance at this family-run restaurant and it was a pleasant discovery. Rustic and welcoming place, the service was perfect and fast, the menu with typical local dishes. We ordered an appetizer of cutting board and bruschetta that we divided in two, good and tasty first courses well cooked and fresh homemade pasta called Busiate both with tomato sauce with sausage and mushrooms and with artichokes and crispy bacon with a nice sprinkling of pecorino. We went straight to the dessert, an excellent semifreddo amaretto with chocolate chips accompanied by a good coffee and a black cherry liqueur. Honest prices and menu outside. To try.

05/04/2025: A historic pearl of Rome on via di Capannelle. The so-called "location" is very beautiful, ample parking, well-kept gardens. The rooms are admirably set up and maintained by the truly kind, affable and capable staff. The cuisine is excellent, whether meat, including grilled, or fish, fresh and well cooked. For those looking for traditional dishes, here you will not be disappointed by "nouvelle cuisine" oddities. Prices slightly above average, well contrasted by the quality of the food and the portions that are not at all minimalist (let's say "gourmand"). Compliments.

01/04/2025: Arrivati li su suggerimento di amici che ci hanno parlato di una location veramente bella e di buon cibo. Ma non è stato proprio così. la location si presenta bene, ampio parcheggio e tavoli sul prato in riva al lago, sicuramente suggestivo, ma i tavoli sotto il sole senza un riparo dai raggi diretti. La proposta del menù varia con portate di pesce di lago, pesce di mare e della carne, e fino a li interessante, ma questo non corrispondeva alle portate perché i fritti dell'antipasto erano scarsi di quantità e con materie prime molto povere. Anche il pesce del lago era poco e cotto malissimo (cucinato in piastra ma troppo cotto e quindi secco. Infine il servizio, scadente, hanno dimenticato la portata di un commensale e hanno dimenticato i contorni. Il maìtre , da noi chiamato, è arrivato, consapevole del loro errore, giustificandosi che in cucina non hanno comande scritte ma tutto a voce (con ben 200 commensali a tavola ,da non credere) e che la portata della nostra amica era andata ad un altro tavolo, quindi si scusava, ma questo dopo che tutti al tavolo avevamo finito il secondo!!!!!! Pessima esperienza e prezzi superiori alla qualità e quantità delle portate.

09/04/2025: A culinary experience for connoisseurs. I lost a handmade colomba made by the master Adriano himself. Seeing him at work is a pleasure for the eyes and especially for the palate, traditional flavors, long leavening and melting and digestible dough. Needless to say, it was gone in no time, in the heavenly 3-chocolate version!!! 🍫 Trying is believing!!
