25/07/2025: Cosa dire, sicuramente sarò di parte ma posso dire che siamo davanti alla DISNEYLAND della pizza, davvero ogni volta qualcosa di buonissimo, per non parlare della gentilezza dello staff. Lo consiglio per una bella serata da trascorre tra amici e ottimo cibo.

25/07/2025: What can I say? I'm certainly biased, but I can say this is the DISNEYLAND of pizza. The food is truly delicious every time, not to mention the kindness of the staff. I recommend it for a lovely evening spent with friends and great food.

19/05/2025: Absolutely phenominal meal here! It is exactly what you want when visiting Italy. I felt like I went to my grandmas house. Right in wine country, and they have Tufaio wine, which is amazing. I will absolutely return as soon as I can!

28/06/2025: Una delle esperienze culinarie migliori della mia vita. Abbiamo preso come antipasti una selezione di formaggi, una crêpes allo zafferano e asparagi e un bignè con parmigiana, poi primi di pesce e il filetto di ombrina. Per finire semifreddo al lampone e cheesecake alle pesche sciroppate. Tutto ottimo ma soprattutto di qualità eccezionale. Servizio altrettanto eccellente, personale gentile, disponibile e simpaticissimo. Ps: anche la playlist fantastica!!!

06/06/2025: Locale piccolo ma accogliente! Questo posto è come sentirsi a casa. Il menù è pieno di prelibatezze creative ed originali,dagli antipasti ai dolci. Buona anche la carta dei vini. Complimenti ai proprietari , per la passione che mettono ogni giorno nel loro lavoro. Consigliatissimo!

07/07/2025: In front of the Church of San Saba there is the Holy Trinity of Pizza. The cathedral of the palate where at any hour the pizza is fragrant and crispy. There are the ordinary ones and those with innovative flavors. When in doubt..... all of them!

16/07/2025: Highly recommended! The best amatriciana ever 🔝 suggestive location, near the Trevi Fountain. Qualified and very kind staff. We were served by Ottaviano, who welcomed us and made us feel at home. We will definitely be back. 💯

30/07/2025: This restaurant is Serious on Food quality and quantity, I had my taliata in perfect cooking and a super Pizza Fungi e Prosciutto. I reccomand this beautyful resaturant to anyone who love to eat. My friend (IL Sindaco) had take me there and I give it 5 Star Plus !!!!!!! The service is very nice and prices are moderated and realistic. Well Done. Will visit again.

Ambience: perfect, ideal atmosphere, respectful silence where you can talk calmly without the disturbance of other voices (18 seats). Cuisine: refined, very sophisticated, with proposals that are difficult to find. Staff: highly qualified, professional, courteous, generous. 29/06/2025: We met Claudio at the beer festival stand who let us taste his pork belly sandwiches.. Cooked at low temperature for 12 hours in meat sauce. Very soft and an explosion of flavor.. Recommended

07/07/2025: Dining out should be more than just a meal — it should be an experience built on care, attention, and quality. Unfortunately, our visit to this restaurant was none of those things. Let’s begin with the Diavolo 2.0 pizza — a dish that turned out to be shockingly over-seasoned. Not only were the toppings far too salty, but even the pizza dough itself was aggressively seasoned, to the point that it felt like chewing into a scoop of salt. The balance of flavors was completely off, and the saltiness was so intense that we couldn’t eat more than two slices. The rigatoni bufala didn’t fare much better. Several pieces of pasta were undercooked, retaining a raw, chalky bite. The fried filet of baccalà was equally disappointing — the batter was soggy and almost uncooked, lacking any crispness or golden texture. It felt rushed, as if it had never touched properly hot oil. However, what truly ruined the evening was the cold, inattentive service. Our assigned waiter — an Asian man with tattoos on his forearm — did not check on us even once during the meal. When he served our pizza, he dropped it on the table without a single word. No greeting, no “enjoy your meal,” no eye contact — just a dish placed down with indifference. His attitude throughout was aloof, almost hostile, and made us feel like we were an inconvenience rather than guests. It wasn’t until we spoke up to a different staff member about the saltiness of the pizza that this waiter finally returned to our table — still offering no apology, no solution, and no effort to improve the experience. We also noticed other tables being treated with more care. For example, other guests had their pizzas sliced by the waiter, while we had to specifically ask for ours to be cut. This inconsistency in service only added to the feeling of being completely overlooked. To finish, the bill was delivered silently, and we waited another 10–15 minutes just to pay, again with no farewell, no acknowledgment of our complaints, and no sign of hospitality. We paid full price for food that was poorly prepared and a service experience that felt dismissive at best. Not once did anyone apologize or attempt to make things right. For a place that likely prides itself on quality, this was an utter failure in both food and service. We left disappointed, frustrated, and frankly, insulted.

07/07/2025: The pasta is way too al dente for me. Beside that, i enjoyed all the food i ordered. The prosciutto with honeydew is interesting!! First, i was not sure but then i like it. Now i am craving for it. The Prosciutto from here is melting in your mouth very good! Our waiter is friendly. It is an elegant restaurant.
