21/05/2025: I stop for the first time at this curious pizzeria, in front of whose original sign — 'Prima la Materia' — I have passed countless times, always limiting myself to reading it. I taste a slice of white pizza with cherry tomatoes, prepared with a dough based on semi-wholemeal flour and spelt, selected from a small and refined producer in Lazio. The result? A piece of culinary craftsmanship: tasty, light, perfectly balanced.
I will definitely return. And yes, I recommend it without hesitation.

Good things have a price and here you will find an adequate quality-price ratio. Recommended.

I went with a friend and we had an appetizer, a grill for me and a sandwich for him, including dessert, water and drinks, €35 per person, an average price for what we ate. Special mention for me to the pulled pork and the birramisu which is truly fantastic. Very good service and a very nice place, they also have a selection of meats that we didn't try but it will surely be top considering what we tried.

But the real standout was the carbonara. Creamy, rich, and perfectly balanced, it was one of the best I’ve ever had.
