08/04/2026: A restaurant recommended by our host, and it did not disappoint.
The quality of the food was excellent, and the service was both friendly and professional.
The carbonara was delicious, rich, creamy, and full of flavor. Make sure to try their signature fried artichokes as well, highly recommended!

They're also incredibly kind. Friendly and attentive, too.
It might be a little noisy, but it's perfectly bearable.

05/06/2026: Tiny, or almost (but with a terrace...), this place will surprise you with its varied and delicious menu (food and wines), served with a smile and professional efficiency. Don't miss Barbara's delicious tiramisu! Away from the tourist crowds (but not too far), it's well worth the detour... One small drawback (a personal opinion): while the trio of tartares is very fresh, it's not particularly flavorful.

20/05/2026: A small, elegant restaurant. It offers a €12 lunch menu and a €20 dinner menu, with an excellent selection of traditional Roman dishes. Dessert and coffee are included in the price. Definitely worth returning!
18/05/2026: A small restaurant with very high quality seating. As a Roman, I can say I've had one of the best tiramisu in the entire city. Very fair prices for generous portions and truly excellent product quality. The owner is extremely friendly. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

The dishes, drinks, and desserts we ordered were great! Everything was delicious! Don't forget to order the Limoncello; it was the best of the entire trip.

22/05/2026: We found Ristorante Sofia Roma by chance. We ate parmesan ice cream, duck carpaccio, shrimp risotto, beef pasta and savory meringue. All were very delicious. But risotto was outstanding. It was very light, creamy. We were very pleased to have a dinner in Ristorante Sofia. Hope you will have the same chances.

The new location is very welcoming, and the staff and owner are incredibly friendly. As for the food, what can I say? Unmatched value for money, everything fresh and top-quality. We'll definitely be back, highly recommended!
17/05/2026: Very attentive staff and excellent food. We tried the lasagna, which was the special of the day, and it was really good, with a perfectly made sauce. The tagliata was excellent, tender and flavorful. The tiramisu was simply divine. The quality-price ratio was excellent. We then had a chat with the manager, who was very friendly and approachable.
Highly recommended.

19/05/2026: We had several meals because of the pleasant quiet ambiance and very good service from a waiter who spoke some English.
The dishes were well prepared. I had the Cacio e Pepe which was not overly cheesy so it must have been another cook in the kitchen that made a previous guest complain. Generally, the food had a light touch. The wine list was small but well chosen.

We received a very warm welcome.
I enjoyed a delicious paprika tuna.
The tiramisu was also divine.
I highly recommend it.

03/05/2026: Everything was excellent, the best place I ate in Rome! I return every chance I get to try traditional dishes, as well as many new and delicious treats. There are various vegetarian options and excellent seafood options. The food is truly excellent, the place feels like home, and the staff is exceptional. Everyone is friendly and helpful; I can't find anything wrong with it. It's truly rare to find places with this quality-price ratio in Rome. Highly recommended!
03/05/2026: Perfect! A must-try if you're looking for traditional, sincere, yet not at all cheesy cuisine. Run by young and decidedly passionate people. I recommend trying the tiramisu because it's truly remarkable. Excellent!
