04/07/2026: Excellent seafood restaurant, with very elegant and courteous service. Prices are a bit high, especially for appetizers. The first courses are good, but the portions aren't particularly generous.
30/06/2026: I went to Maestrale for my graduation lunch and I can confirm the excellent impression I'd had in the past. Even though I hadn't announced in advance that it was a special occasion and we were a small group, the staff was very helpful and even offered us set menus specially designed for the graduation. In the end, we chose to order à la carte and were all very satisfied. The seafood was truly excellent, the dishes were carefully prepared, the service attentive, and the atmosphere pleasant. A restaurant I definitely recommend, especially for those looking for a good seafood restaurant in Rome.

We were tempted for the first time and had a fantastic experience. The atmosphere under the pergola is truly enchanting. The cuisine delighted us: the first courses were exceptional, especially the fregola allo scoglio with spectacular langoustines and the spaghetti with clams, both very flavorful. The fried fish was also light and crispy. We couldn't finish without a sweet, warm seadas, all topped off with an excellent myrtle liqueur. Highly recommended! We'll be back to try the meat-based menu 😉
02/08/2026: A wonderful discovery yesterday in Genzano! Very kind and professional staff, exceptional traditional Sardinian dishes... They made us return to Sardinia for an evening! From appetizers to dessert, everything was truly delicious. 🤤 Bottled wines... DOC! You'll see us again often ❤️

15/08/2026: This was the first restaurant we visited in Rome, and it kicked off our Roman culinary experience. We ordered a carbonara and also a Caccio e Pepe, and we loved them! 🍝
The dishes are totally worth it for the flavor and are very generously served. We recommend making a reservation to guarantee a table.
Oh, it's worth noting that on the day we went, we didn't see any tourists, only locals and Italians from other parts of the country, a great indication of how excellent the cuisine is.
13/08/2026: I've always said Carbonara is only available at my house...but then the atmosphere and the dishes arriving at nearby tables encouraged me to venture out, and I did just fine. Carbonara and pan-fried chicory at Paura gets a 10 out of 10 from me. The service is friendly and fast.

09/08/2026: This is a traditional Sardinian restaurant. The appetizers and bread crisp good and also the pasta is delicious. The tiramisu was more soft but the service was friendly. Speaking Italian is preferred as not everyone speaks English. They also included a limoncello and homemade cookies which was a lovely touch.

I highly recommend it for anyone who wants to be surprised and experience a moment of flavor and tradition!

Although quite tired from our day of sightseeing, we tried this little restaurant in the evening.
We weren't disappointed; the seafood was incredibly fresh.
The prices are justified by the quality of the ingredients and the service provided by the chef (and waiter 😁).
I highly recommend it.

13/08/2026: Came in for a late night dinner with the wife. The owner greeted us and gave us a wonderful recommendation which included 4.of 5 courses and a little taste of everything. I believe he is from Sardinia but we loved the cozy family feel of the place. The food was fantastic and he went above and beyond to accommodate us. Only reason it loses stars is because it was very warm inside and I started to sweat but he did turn the AC on for us when requested and we finished the meal comfortably. Cute patio outside well decorated. If in the area definitely check this place out!
17/07/2026: We had a very enjoyable and relaxing meal. The dishes had wonderful flavor and the wine provided a nice pairing. The service was very friendly and helpful with ordering for English-speakers.

02/04/2026: Excellent fish appetizers, flavorful mussels, delicious fried anchovies, and the carpaccio was also very good. Tagliolini with fish was creamy and flavorful. Seadas (a kind of pasta) with slightly bitter honey, which went really well, and a myrtle liqueur to finish. Very generous portions, excellent value. I absolutely must return for the suckling pig and wild boar.
