17/11/2025: We returned to this restaurant after about a month. The first experience was fantastic. The second confirmed it. The first and second courses were delicious and so inviting, according to the owner's description, that it was difficult for everyone to choose. The host makes all the difference, welcoming and patiently offering advice. The quality/price ratio is exceptional. We will definitely be back soon.

29/11/2025: Historic restaurant run by a very good family. From the starter to the first and second courses and side dishes, everything is fresh and good. The desserts are also delicious. I've been coming to this restaurant for years and I can say it's fantastic. Well done, continue like this, remaining as the great Gino had managed it.

26/11/2025: I visited this place in Rome with a friend, and their Diavola pizza absolutely blew us away. The crust was perfectly thin and crispy, and the flavor hit way harder than any other pizza I’ve tried in my life. Everything was balanced, fresh, and honestly unforgettable. I was genuinely shocked by how good it was — easily one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had.

02/12/2025: Despite my "bad" day (not very hungry 😅), I found what I expected! Excellent food, very attentive service, and an old-fashioned atmosphere that fills the heart as well as the stomach! It's a real shame I couldn't show my satisfaction by finishing just the wine and not the truly special "meat"! Almost a threat: "I'll be back with enthusiasm and very, very hungry!!!" I never joke about two things: the first and second courses... ...and it seemed to me that they don't either! 😎

28/11/2025: If you want to eat Roman food as it should, this place is a guarantee! The place is simple, no-frills, but incredibly welcoming: you'll immediately feel at home. The kitchen is the true heart of the restaurant: typical dishes prepared as tradition dictates, with fresh ingredients and portions that won't leave you hungry. Carbonara with just the right amount of cream, amatriciana with the aroma of tomato and guanciale...and if you still have room, don't miss the supplì, the bruschetta...or the lamb. Everything is delicious and reasonably priced: you can eat well here without emptying your wallet. The staff? Friendly, smiling, and always ready to give you the right advice. In short, a Roman restaurant as it should be: top-notch food, a family atmosphere, and a fair price. I'll definitely be back when I return to Rome.

28/09/2025: A simple and genuine family atmosphere in a historic location for carnivores, with the legendary Mr. Baffo always grilling, just as he did 40 years ago. For those who love good meat and the typical Roman spirit, dining at Baffo is highly recommended.
