Ambience: perfect, ideal atmosphere, respectful silence where you can talk calmly without the disturbance of other voices (18 seats). Cuisine: refined, very sophisticated, with proposals that are difficult to find. Staff: highly qualified, professional, courteous, generous. Food: you can perceive that it is highly refined and refined quality. All the dishes pleasantly surprised us and we had the opportunity to enjoy flavors that are now rare. 01/06/2025: Excellent dining experience. The owner is passionate about food and wine. Everything was delicious especially as lots of truffles are used. Great selection of wines.

11/07/2025: Don’t be fooled by the exterior of this treasure. What looks to be a small restaurant with just a couple of tables outside opens up at the back into a large garden room with an opening / closing roof. The staff are very friendly and the food and wine are excellent as is the service. We stayed in a little hotel opposite who didn’t even know how good it was but they should recommend this to all of their guests. It’s a little off the beaten track but within 10 minutes walk of the Spanish steps and Trevi fountain.

10/07/2025: My sister visited this restaurant last year and insisted we try it and I’m so glad we did. I ordered the cacio e pepe with shrimp, which had its own unique twist thanks to a subtle hint of lemon. It was a delicious, unexpected take on a classic dish. We also tried the house wine, which paired perfectly with the meal. It had a light, refreshing flavor that didn’t overpower the food, definitely worth ordering. For dessert, we ordered both the original tiramisu and the pistachio version. If you do the same, start with the original, which is light and well-balanced, then finish with the pistachio, which is rich, flavorful, and absolutely decadent. The pistachio is so bold it will definitely overshadow the original if eaten first. This place is popular, so I suggest making a reservation or arriving right when they open to secure a table.

21/07/2025: A great find in the center of Bagnoregio: we were passing through on our way to Civita on foot, but hunger got the better of us... A small window opens onto a restaurant in an old house, with high ceilings and wooden beams, seating about fifty. A friendly young lady greeted us immediately, and we then ordered some first courses (pici all'amatriciana and with Chianina ragù). The pici arrived within minutes, steaming hot, in generous, deep plates with bold flavors. The pasta was well-cooked and handmade. We limited ourselves to the first courses, but the menu was compelling. The bill was good and average, and the service was prompt and informal. A wonderful experience.

04/07/2025: Last night we had dinner at the restaurant “alla rampa dei gracchi” to celebrate my graduation and we were extremely satisfied. The atmosphere was welcoming and refined, a special dinner. The staff was very kind and helpful, always ready to satisfy our every request. The dishes, prepared with fresh and high quality ingredients. The quality-price ratio is excellent, considering the quality of the food and the service. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great dining experience in Rome. We will definitely be back!

22/07/2025: Located in a central area of Rome, this pizzeria is definitely worth a visit. The place offers a welcoming atmosphere with reservations available both inside and outside—perfect for enjoying a Roman evening in any season. ✨ *What makes this pizzeria special:* - *Neapolitan pizza* cooked in an electric oven, surprisingly well-made: beautiful air bubbles and a light dough. - *Quality ingredients*: you can taste the care taken in selecting the ingredients, such as PETRA flour. - *Delicious desserts* that round out the meal, perfect for a sweet end. - *Friendly and helpful staff*, always ready to offer advice. *On a downside:* being in a central area, parking isn't exactly easy. Furthermore, the price of the pizza is slightly higher than the city average—probably justified by the quality of the ingredients. *In short:* if you're not afraid of spending a few extra euros and are willing to brave the parking hunt, this pizzeria will reward you with excellent pizza! I give it 4 stars for the prices, but I'll be back!

28/07/2025: One of my top, non-touristy, restaurants to eat at in Rome! Great menu, huge selection of wines, small but delicious list of spirits, and so much more. The food was delicious and prepared with care, the wine recommendation was spot on, and they even did an impromptu tasting of olive oils (and chocolates for dessert). Both Eyaso and Momo went above and beyond in their service and I highly recommend stopping by whenever you're in Rome!

13/06/2025: From bad to worse! This is how I promised to start my review to the people who were there. We discovered this place by chance on a hot and sunny day in Rome. My parents and I were pretty tired and hungry, but at that time and with that heat, we couldn't find a suitable place. I used Google out of desperation and there it was. We went in and the atmosphere was already welcoming and friendly. My parents were thrilled by the presentation of the side dishes and the possibilities of combining them offered. From that day on, this became our regular meeting place. My parents were so thrilled that they also bought vegetables to eat at home in the evening. What can I say... I can only recommend it further. Everything was delicious, fresh and genuine. The pici with black garlic was a wonderful discovery! I hope to be able to return to Rome soon because I will recommend this place to anyone and it's on my list. THANK YOU SO MUCH. SEE YOU SOON

01/06/2025: WOW! If you want to experience what's it like to walk into an Italian nonna's kitchen, this is your place. They have multiple dishes prepared and you choose your primary and then sides. Despite being made in bulk, the food is very good. It's a small place, but intimate and authentic. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They also have a small market inside with fresh fruits and vegetables if you want to take something with you while you explore Rome. Highly recommend!

26/05/2025: In visita a Calcata siamo stati a pranzo in questo ristorante con le famiglie e ci siamo trovati magicamente. Il locale molto ben curato si trova proprio all’inizio del borgo antico e offre sistemazioni sia all’interno che all’esterno. Noi siamo stati fatti accomodare in una saletta interna molto bella e riservata. Il menù è vario e ricco di piatti interessanti, ogni portata è stata ottima. Molto buona anche la scelta dei vini, la proprietaria è di una gentilezza e cortesia uniche. Tornerei a Calcata solo per questo ristorante. Consigliatissimo

25/07/2025: Una sorpresa agradable, un verdadero sabor festivo innovador de primo romano con un giro, intrigante a la vista y una fiesta para su paladar. Para colmo ofrecen excelentes cócteles. No me sorprendería que IT convierta en una visita obligada para todos los visitantes y locales. El personal es adorable y muy atento, se encargan de todas sus necesidades. 02/08/2025: I'm not giving it 4 stars for these reasons: A well-kept and elegant cove on the lake. It's a shame about the lake coypus who at a certain point came to the cove's beach to relax. 🤣🤣🤣. The food is average; the much-vaunted risotto on the menu didn't impress me, but the scialatiello was good. The service could be more attentive, considering the place is dressed in elegant attire. The bill was fair considering that only 35 euros was for prosecco. I would have expected a welcome drink. But nothing. 😜

27/07/2025: Good, but not great! My only regret is that I paid every cent, especially for two baskets of bread. When you spend over €100 per person, they usually don't include the bread... the location is beautiful, and the service is kind and courteous... I'll be back if I have the chance.
