As for the food... Every bite was a taste experience! Friendly and polite staff! Highly recommended!

Great restaurant! knowledgeable staff, mostly excellent food. some difficulty finding dairy-free dishes. Excellent first courses, the duck breast is extremely recommended, the shank cooked to perfection and excellently paired with the pear but not very tasty. Average prices considering the quality.

The sunny Sundays at the end of winter invite us to take regenerating trips out of town and this time it was the ancient village of Sutri that inspired us, but above all this delightful restaurant created from a characteristic tuff cave which gives off an intimate and sweetly retro atmosphere. The cuisine is traditional but with pleasant touches of originality. The pumpkin and ricotta cappellacci with white ragù are truly memorable. The gorgonzola rice cake is delicate and tasty. The Sangiovese and orange braised meat melted in your mouth. The duck breast with berry sauce and dark chocolate is also convincing. The desserts are also good (especially the pistachio semifreddo). The service was attentive and friendly and the bill in line with the quality of what we tasted.

La locanda è sempre un punto di riferimento di eccellenza della ristorazione...tra i pochissimi a Sutri. Forse un po più di attenzione ai clienti nel.servizio e qualche parola di benvenuto non guasterebbero. Un piccolo appunto per i dolci...non dovreste far mai mancare un biscotto secco con le nocciole..il luogo lo impone

ottimo ristorante, ci vado sempre volentieri, si mangia bene e ci sono sempre piatti particolari, ambiente accogliente con una bella atmosfera

Ritorniamo in questo locale non frequentemente ma ogni volta abbiamo la conferma della ottima qualità della cucina: tradizionale ma anche innovativa Piatti studiati e porzioni abbondanti Buona la carta dei vini. Cortese il servizio. Peccato per un disguido finale sui caffè ordinati: sono arrivati con ritardo per un disguido. Si sono comunque scusati. Solo questo mi ha impedito di dare la massima votazione. Merita una gita a Sutri!
