26/02/2026: You have to try Giustina's pizza at least once in your life. The dough is excellent for lunch or dinner, takeout, or a quick bite. A must-try in Centocelle. The owner and staff are friendly and hardworking. I recommend it 100%. Highly recommended.

Besides the delicious food, the owner's service is a major plus. Even when the shop is busy, the owner remains incredibly patient, always sporting a warm smile.

The owners are known for their "pampering," treating their customers with kid gloves, and the service is impeccable and attentive. The pizza is unique; no matter the flavor, the dough is impossible to replicate, and you'll always want more. And what can I say about the appetizers? Like the rest of the menu, they're exceptional and of superb quality. What more can I say? You'll just have to try them to believe them. Oh, and I almost forgot about the affordable price.

12/04/2026: We stayed here during a weekend in Viterbo and were pleasantly surprised by this simple place located right at the entrance to the medieval city walls. The atmosphere was family-friendly, the service was prompt, and despite the place being packed, the service was quick. The owners were extremely kind and helpful, and the waitress was lovely and friendly. We had a delicious pizza made with a special dough and served by the slice (you can choose up to three flavors per slice). It was a great experience; we'll definitely be back!

The first thing that stands out is the welcome: the manager is a delightful person, capable of making you feel immediately at home with extreme professionalism. This attitude is reflected in the entire staff; the waiters were extremely kind, always smiling, and attentive to our every need, without ever being intrusive. Another great strength is the variety of the menu. There's truly an embarrassment of choice, and the dishes range across a wide variety of flavors, satisfying every taste, including the most discerning or those seeking creative and flavorful plant-based options. It's rare to find such a perfect combination of food quality and human warmth. We'll definitely be back!

20/05/2026: Absolutely delicious, not just the pizzas but also the desserts. For me, it's one of the best places for a lunch break. Everyone here is also incredibly friendly and nice. What I miss are a few more relaxed seating areas. You have to take all the food to go.

02/06/2026: Absolutely amazing! Everything my party ate was delicious, so much so that we all agreed that our best meals of our vacation (spanning 6 countries) were had here. I usually try to take photos of what I eat but it was too good and eaten before a photo could even be taken (the only photo is of dessert). As a bonus, it is located in the heart of Rome’s historic district and close to the Palazzo del Quirinale.

The owner was extremely kind, caring, and attentive throughout the evening, which made us feel very welcome. The food was delicious and everything tasted fresh and well prepared. Keep in mind that the restaurant works mainly with reservations, so it’s better to book in advance. There is also a €2 coperto per person. Overall, a great place for a special evening in Rome.
