07/01/2026: Fantastic service, food freshly prepared. We found it by chance while filtering on Google Maps, and we were so glad we did. Good prices, friendly staff, and the owner speaks several languages ​​(including Spanish). I highly recommend it if you're visiting Rome. It's located near Piazza Navona.

04/01/2026: Located next to Piazza Navona. The dining room has small but comfortable tables, white walls adorned with paintings. The service is incredibly friendly and the staff are very knowledgeable about the dishes being prepared in the kitchen. The cuisine is based on quality ingredients and Roman tradition; the artichoke and cheese tortino, the pasta with marinated salmon and pink peppercorns, the baby squid with potatoes, and the caramelized fruit with chestnut ice cream are all delicious. The wine list offers a wide selection at reasonable prices. A place to keep in mind and definitely worth returning to... wonderful!

04/11/2025: Thanks to a bonus I got on a website (it’s mentioned in the photo), I decided to go out for dinner. The seafood was amazing — especially the shrimp. Didn’t spend it all, of course, but this dinner made the evening feel special.

24/12/2025: Passing through Fiumicino, we stopped here for dinner. The courtesy is undeniable. Excellent service, a very charming and well-kept atmosphere. We tried the fried artichokes, Jewish-style, cacio e pepe, carbonara, and a tagliata. What can I say? Everything was truly excellent. I would definitely return.

06/01/2026: This is undoubtedly a top-notch restaurant for its quality ingredients (fish and pasta), and its authentic old-fashioned restaurant atmosphere. Guests are warmly welcomed, and the restaurant offers both indoor and outdoor seating. A safe choice, without a doubt, and I've been back several times now, without disappointment.

25/01/2026: We were not welcomed into restaurant, given a table outside in the rain (told it was the only seat available) but then when other non English guests arrived, they were seated at whichever table they liked. We ordered the raviloi which was nice and the lobster pasta which was sub par. There was Maximum 1/4 tail of lobster and what felt like instant noodles (not homemade) pasta, for the grand price of 36€. Bearing in mind we’ve not paid more than 12€ for homemade incredible pasta here in Rome. Overpriced, bad quality, would not return.

22/01/2026: We paid a €100 reservation deposit. When we arrived, the restaurant had changed the menu from what was shown on the website, with no notice in advance. We couldn't find something edible, so we lost the 100 USD deposit (even though they say they will return it, but never did.) The manager was rude, and the atmosphere was very unpleasant. Would not go back.

16/01/2026: Late in the evening, when Rome muffles its voices and the streets around Porta Pia already wear that velvety half-darkness in which the day itself forgets, we found our way to Trattoria Coriolano. It wasn’t an arrival with fanfare and fuss, more a quiet slipping-in—and precisely for that reason the first gesture landed all the more clearly: before you’ve truly taken your seat, a greeting arrives from the kitchen. Not as decorative politeness, but as a promise: here they cook because they mean it. Then the beef Agnus tartare—a dish that can fail so easily, because it’s often crushed beneath salt, acid, heat, or theatrics. Not here. It carried an almost aristocratic restraint: no over-seasoning, no demonstrative spectacle, no “too much” that obscures the essential core. Instead, a tartare that not only preserved the taste of the meat, but bore it in a particular, very lucid way—as if it had simply been given room to unfold. A quiet, concentrated astonishment at the table: this is how simplicity can taste when it’s guided with precision. After that, the pasta alla carbonara—truly, truly outstanding: creamy without heaviness, comforting without fatigue, with that balance of egg yolk, cheese, and pepper that doesn’t need to be loud to possess authority. If I may add one note: for my taste, the guanciale pieces could have been a touch larger—less a correction than a personal wish for a little more bite and presence. But even that stays in the realm of fine-tuning; the dish as a whole had that rare coherence you don’t analyze so much as simply enjoy. The service was excellent: attentive but never intrusive, warm without tipping into forced chumminess—professional in the best sense, as if they understood that hospitality is an art decided by timing and tone. The bread was a relief, not merely a side-dish ritual but something you break with gratitude because it consoles and accompanies. And the atmosphere: beautiful. Not primped and portentous, but with that Roman matter-of-factness in which elegance isn’t displayed—it’s breathed.

26/10/2025: We really liked everything we ordered. Carbonara, Boscaiola pizza, the fried meatballs with cheese fondue, the pasta with sea bass, truffle and lemon, and finally the tiramisu (wonderful and light). The staff was very pleasant and the service was satisfactorily fast. Also, despite being so centrally located, it is good value for money. ❤️

26/10/2025: We were in Rome and went twice because it's impossible not to go back to this place. The people are cheerful, friendly, and responsible, the food is plentiful, and the value for money is unbeatable, especially given the area. Honestly, the food is super delicious and flavorful. The calzone is so delicious and filling, I highly recommend it, as are their pizzas 🥳🥳🥳🍕🍕 For dessert, I liked the cheesecake the most... oh my goodness, how light it was, 100,000 points.
