05/07/2026: There are so many English reviews here, so I wanted to add my 2 cents in Chinese.
In my opinion, this is the best in the world!!
First of all:
1. The wine pairings are unbeatable! Sweet wine served with Château d'Yquem?! Red wine served with a 1985 Barolo—wow, so generous!
I also had a very pleasant chat with Somme. The three white wines were all unique—one served in a stainless steel container, another in skin contact—each with its own ingenuity.
2. I was blown away by the squid made in a centrifuge! Pea and olive oli paired with baby squid was absolutely amazing. Each course had a different bread to accompany it!!
3. The service was top-notch. They had a water menu (although I only recognized Fiji and Pana, and there was also €180 mineral water, which I didn't try 🙂).
4. They changed the tablecloth after each course! This is so important for someone like me who tends to spill food!! 5. The c/mocktail menu is comprehensive, and the half-bottle (375ml) wine list offers a wide selection. While the by-the-glass option is a bit pricey (1 glass - Dom 90 Euros), the pairings are incredibly generous.
6. And lastly, there's the customizable ice cream!! I chose dark chocolate + coconut + cocoa.
It was so delicious! By the second course, I was already debating whether CTBF or this place was better. I felt they were about equal, but I think this is the best restaurant in the world outside of New York!! All the Michelin-starred restaurants in Japan, Paris, and London pale in comparison. Highly recommended!
28/06/2026: Fantastic 3-star restaurant just outside the center of Rome. Service and food quality were excellent.
Professional from start to finish. Heinz Beck himself was a wonderful host.
Overall very good, but not outstanding.

I think I ate one of the best fried artichokes in the world.
In addition to the à la carte menu, the restaurant offers both meat and fish tasting menus.
Perfect service with spot-on wine recommendations.
For a romantic dinner, it's a great choice. Highly recommended.

06/06/2026: Delicious panini made with very fresh ingredients. Everything is prepared on the spot, and you can create your own panini by choosing the ingredients you like.
The place is conveniently located near the train station and offers seating where you can enjoy your meal, as well as access to a restroom.
The owner is extremely friendly and happy to help with ingredient recommendations.
I highly recommend this place — it is truly a hidden gem on the map of Rome and definitely worth a visit!

23/07/2026: Food was delicious and service was great. The waiters were all very friendly and the food was well seasoned. My wife and I got sliced beef and chicken with potatoes and it was a great way to mix up our diet from eating lots of pizza and pasta.
15/07/2026: A fantastic place! The food is truly excellent, and the service is exceptional. We were served by Ubaldo, the best in all of Italy. I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone; it's the best we've had in all of Italy.

20/07/2026: I come here every time I travel to Rome for work. Antonio, the waiter, is always super kind and helpful. The food is quality and reasonably priced. Very fresh raw fish, always a pleasure.
20/07/2026: The olive oil that comes out with the bread is super good. I had the steak of cow and it was delicious. The ravioli sauce is incredible. The atmosphere is perfect, has fans, and the owner (i believe) served us. He was delightful and spoke english with us and played music catered for us. We went for lunch and there weren't many people inside so it was calm. The food also came out fast. Overall 10/10 would come again.

17/07/2026: The best and kindest service I’ve ever seen, our server really made us happy with his generous kindness, making us feel like he’s not excited for the money we’re leaving but for having the opportunity to have us in his restaurant. While there are some small imperfections due to the restaurant seeming short-staffed, our experience wasn’t altered at all and the food brought to us was absolutely perfect in any way. My fiancées Quattro formaggi pizza was the best we have ever eaten and my bowl of potatoes, meat, lots of different cheeses, pastas and lots of love was absolutely perfect. We’re very lucky for the other restaurants in the area being full because we got to enjoy and support this awesome family business. Totally recommend!!!

18/07/2026: Yesterday evening, we were dining here for the third time. One thing is clear: the food in this place is divine and we absolutely love it.
Unfortunately, yesterday we couldn’t finish everything we had ordered and we asked the staff to pack ALL OF IT for a takeaway. At home we opened the boxes and found that they only packed a half of it. We paid a lot for that food. We always leave a a generous tip for this place, but PLEASE train your staff to be more attentive.

The staff is young and very friendly.
The food is really good. Last night I had dinner with a friend who's half-Greek, and she was really satisfied.
