A very pleasant surprise. The welcome and atmosphere are friendly, empathetic, and very welcoming. There's style without sacrificing authenticity, even in the staff's smiles. The flavor is not only in the dishes, but also in the location: a refined mix of industrial modernism in a place that proudly and wisely recalls and reclaims its origins, perhaps a former winery. We tried 1 appetizer, 2 first courses, and 1 dessert. The originality of the presentation here marries the uniqueness of the flavor, or flavors. Excellent service; you can taste the authenticity and quality of the ingredients, often selected from local or certified producers, and you can taste and see it. I only had cocktails. The atmosphere is very charming, set in a small square. The place is very quiet and stylish. I drank my cocktail sitting on a sofa that wasn't entirely comfortable, and the table where the glasses were placed had a few peanuts left by previous customers.

This is definitely my husband and I's favorite restaurant. Nowhere else have we ever found the same attention to detail, the same sophistication, and above all, the same quality... what can I say? It's always perfect. The young chef is a rare talent, and the owner, Elia, is incredibly knowledgeable. After coming here often for dinner, we chose this place to celebrate our wedding, and we couldn't have made a better choice. Despite the 8-course menu plus appetizer, all the dishes were perfect and were devoured by all 60 guests. I've never seen a wedding dinner turn out better! Thank you for the incredible work you did this time and all the OTHERS!

A truly wonderful place, both for its tasteful decor and its food! Everything is delicious, made with top-quality ingredients.
