We stayed at the Albergo Ristorante Gasbarri in Castel San Pietro Romano in July 2026 with my wife and our son, and the experience was simply excellent. The welcome was warm and professional, making us feel immediately at ease. The rooms are impeccable, tastefully furnished, extremely clean, and meticulously maintained, with a level of comfort comparable to that of a 5-star hotel. The restaurant deserves a special mention: every dinner was a top-notch gastronomic experience. Dishes prepared with quality ingredients, authentic flavors, refined presentation, and attentive, courteous service. Sincere compliments to the chef and all the staff. It's rare to find a property that manages to so successfully combine hospitality, quality food, comfort, and value. I would definitely recommend the Albergo Ristorante Gasbarri to anyone seeking a relaxing, excellent stay. A well-deserved five stars. We will be delighted to return!

I ate well, the food was high quality. The only two flaws that lowered my rating were the very slow service between the first and second courses and finding onion in the fettuccine with porcini mushrooms. I've never found it in a mushroom dish, and since I'm not a mushroom lover, I would have liked to have known about it beforehand.

The restaurant is located in Castel di Pietro near Rome, a small village about 700 meters above sea level. It also has a covered outdoor area, as well as indoor dining rooms, and is overall very well-maintained and modern. We dined on delicious appetizers, a platter of cured meats and more, bruschetta with sourdough bread from the local bakery, delicious potato chips, and a few first courses: fettuccine with porcini mushrooms (perhaps too spicy), and a quality meat main course. The menu offers a few dishes, but they're all very carefully crafted and delicious. Highly recommended. The view of Rome along the main street as you leave the restaurant is truly worth it, and the village itself is EXTREMELY WELL-KEPT.

Traveling with small children is not always easy, but here we found every comfort and incredible hospitality. It was all beautiful and relaxing. The rooms are brand new, tastefully decorated, and spotlessly clean. The beds are incredibly comfortable, perfect for a rejuvenating sleep. But the real highlight is the spectacular view: waking up at 6:00 a.m. and admiring the panorama as it lights up with the first light of dawn is a breathtaking experience. The restaurant is excellent: we ate wonderfully, with dishes prepared with the highest quality ingredients. It's rare to find such a perfect balance between high-quality cuisine and absolutely fair prices. Everything was perfect, and we can't wait to return as soon as we have the opportunity. We highly recommend it to anyone seeking authenticity, comfort, and beauty in one of Italy's most beautiful villages.
