We stayed with a dear friend at Gasbarri in Castel San Pietro Romano, and the experience was truly unforgettable. Special thanks go to Oscar, the owner, who welcomed us with extraordinary kindness and attentiveness, making us feel immediately at home. We dined and stayed with our two children, ages 5 and 2, and everything was perfect: the delicious dinner, the magical atmosphere of the village, and the extremely comfortable stay. Traveling with small children is not always easy, but here we found every comfort and incredible hospitality. It was all beautiful and relaxing. Thanks again to Oscar and our friend for introducing us to this gem. We will definitely be back!

Staying at Gasbarri in Castel San Pietro Romano was a wonderful discovery. It's not just a place to sleep or eat, but a wonderful place to stop, unwind, and be pampered by the magic of the village. From the moment we arrived, the owner, Oscar, greeted us with rare kindness and thoughtfulness, making us feel immediately welcome. The rooms are brand new, tastefully decorated, and spotlessly clean. The beds are incredibly comfortable, perfect for a rejuvenating sleep. But the real highlight is the spectacular view: waking up at 6:00 a.m. and admiring the panorama as it lights up with the first light of dawn is a breathtaking experience. The restaurant is excellent: we ate wonderfully, with dishes prepared with the highest quality ingredients. It's rare to find such a perfect balance between high-quality cuisine and absolutely fair prices. Everything was perfect, and we can't wait to return as soon as we have the opportunity. We highly recommend it to anyone seeking authenticity, comfort, and beauty in one of Italy's most beautiful villages.

My experience was definitely positive. ​From the appetizers onward, the cuisine proved to be a splendid celebration of tradition, expertly revisited. Authentic and well-balanced flavors. Each dish is carefully presented. ​The atmosphere is welcoming and refined, perfect for both a romantic dinner and a family evening. The staff is exquisitely kind, attentive, and never intrusive.

I don't think I've ever been to a restaurant that takes such great care of every detail as Ristorante Gasbarri. We were immediately greeted by Mr. Gasbarri, the owner, who escorted us to our table. He's a truly delightful person who, in addition to making us feel at home right away, also shared many anecdotes about Castel San Pietro Romano, a charming village with breathtaking views and a remarkable history! The food is truly high-quality, with a focus on traditional cuisine and a truly refined wine selection. All this was accompanied by soft background music that transformed an excellent lunch into an unforgettable one! A delicious meal in one of the most beautiful villages in Italy.

A lovely restaurant in the center of this charming village. Excellent cuisine and impeccable service. Highly recommended, and perhaps return at Christmas when the Rocca hosts a live nativity scene and the village hosts its traditional markets.
