28/03/2024: Trattoria serving Tuscan cuisine with Roman influences, especially in the dishes of the day. In the rather classic menu there is an obvious prevalence of meat and vegetables, quite generous portions. Modern and refined environment, kind and professional service, medium-high prices. Better to book.

02/04/2024: What would a friends trip to Rome be without a Bistecca alla Fiorentina? This restaurant not only scored with the "bistecca", but also with the very authentic and well-preserved "Rome style"; with the uniforms of the staff, which makes you feel as if time has stood still; or even the ambience. There were a few tourists there, but the meal had the full Rome program: cheese and ham platter, olives, fresh bread, everything we wanted - and the steak that we had to eat for two at the end. It was TOP!

06/04/2024: I butteri is always a guarantee of good food and courtesy in service. Sometimes when it's very crowded you stand too close to other tables. Highly recommended for those who love meat

03/04/2024: A place specializing in meat that met expectations. Starter of mozzarella and raw ham with freshly cooked hot focaccia and then continue with a heart of rare steak. The quality of the meat meant that even if cooked rare it was not difficult to chew. Rating 7 1/2 I recommend it and I will return to try the first courses too.

04/02/2024: Definitely recommended. Nice dishes and satisfying portions. Few dishes but well made, excellent choice to focus on what you do well. The waiters were friendly and very kind. Here's the bill, in fact I don't understand some reviews that complained about the bill being too expensive.

06/04/2024: Our second trip to Il Chianti... We were there a few years ago, and remembered it well. 2nd time, we stayed outside Rome, and travelled especially to eat here. Had the cheese & meat platter - which was delicious, artichoke pasta, and the arrabiatta pasta. Finished with the Tiramisu. All was delicious
