28/09/2025: For years, I've been visiting the sanctuary with my friends, and it's always a pleasure to go to the restaurant afterwards, where we're always greeted with a smile and warmth from the staff. The food is excellent, authentic, and simply cooked. The tart with sour cherry jam is excellent. The atmosphere is welcoming and clean. I highly recommend it.

06/01/2026: I have nothing to say about the mall. I've been going there for years, and it's beautiful and large, my favorite in Rome. But they should seriously replace the toy carts for kids: they're old, worn, dirty, and above all broken, so much so that you have to work your biceps to get them to walk properly. Some don't lock on the escalator, or they're clearly missing the front wheel and are leaning sideways. It's honestly about time they were replaced. It's quite an inconvenience. Also, once you choose one, either it's good or you make do, and in the meantime, you've lost two euros because you can't exchange it like a regular cart, since you have to pay for it.

07/03/2026: Sunday lunch with the whole family 😇 a real surprise! Delicious porcini mushroom cellitti, impeccable risotto, calamari, tagliata... which was a spectacle, just like everything else. Friendly and professional service, top quality at a more than fair price. Thank you. We can't wait to return.

07/04/2026: We stumbled upon this pizzeria by chance and were pleasantly surprised. The pizzas and the first course we ordered were good. The charcuterie board was also good, although I found it a bit cheap. The Neapolitan mixed fried fish was adequate. Very friendly staff and fast service.

28/03/2026: After years, I've been back to eat there, and the pizza is always excellent. The staff is friendly and very polite.

12/04/2026: The reception is not up to the customer's standards...antipathy and disregard for the customer who pays a lot for the service here. The rooms are now obsolete and without maintenance...so the service also suffers.

12/04/2026: We stayed at the hotel while in Rome and have mixed feelings about it. The staff are excellent, the main floor is well kept, but the rooms are not great. Dark and dingy is how I would describe them. The adjustable shower head was stuck in one position so the water just kind of poured out. The toilet couldn’t even flush a piece of toilet paper. The chair in the room looked like it was found at the curb. The piping was falling off with little nails sticking out. The mattress sagged to the centre and walls were dirty around the light switches and thermostat. The TV was from 1980 and didn’t work. It’s like they care about the lobby where the conventions are held and the rooms are left to age and fall apart. That said, our dinner at the restaurant was excellent. Not that the food was great (it was okay) but the service was outstanding. Funny enough, we went for breakfast at the buffet the next day and the food was cold. Cracked tiles in the hallways and everything else makes you think that the Westin’s motto is “it’s good enough”. Well it’s not good enough for me.

02/04/2026: Easily one of the best coffees I’ve had, and the croissant was absolutely amazing. The staff were so warm and friendly that it made the whole experience even more special. If you’d like to have great coffee while sitting among locals, you should definitely stop by.

27/03/2026: Really unprofessional service, they told me you need to pay 15e then suddenly i need to pay 10 e more. I took take away , no bag, no box for two coffees, nothing… Btw food is okay but for this price it can be better but hair in food… disgusting 🤮

04/04/2026: If you like taking pictures for Instagram, yes, this is the place to go. If you like great food, may not be your place. Things are pretty but taste ok. For example the wild flower salad is pretty but tastes ok. The waitress for my table was not pleasant.

16/03/2026: Unique and charming, the selection of wines and spirits is excellent, as is the cuisine! The young staff is friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere is relaxed, even for romantic encounters if you choose the sofas or the bar! A must-try!
