Nice but needs up dating. Breakfast is just ok.

I stayed here with my parents a couple of years ago and I have never stayed at a more beautiful hotel since: the rooms look straight out of a museum with the decor. The concierge, café, and restaurants were lovely. The one drawback versus the other hotel I stayed in Rome during the trip was the abhorrent lack of chargers. There were only 2 charging ports in a room for 2 ppl. Maybe that’s part of the character tho, anyways this place is not to be missed. Our room had a balcony with a view of the street and upwards to the Villa Borghese that was mind bogglingly beautiful.

We are a Spanish band that organizes corporate events all over the world. Last Thursday we played an event at this hotel and everything was perfect. The hotel staff was very friendly and professional, the decor and rooms were very nice.

The rooms are good, it is centrally located. Staff is friendly and cooperative. The issue that we faced was with the breakfast spread. Their breakfast spread was limited, specially for a 5 star hotel and if you are a vegan or a vegetarian you won't be happy with the breakfast

That was one of the best stays we've ever had. Spotless property, well maintained. Exceptional staff, polite, courteous and professional, kudos to the front desk team, concierge, breakfast team, room service and chamber maid (nice chocolates with the turndown service). The room was great, lots of space and light, large balcony with the nice view. Bed was very comfortable, We really enjoyed breakfast, lots of healthy options, high quality. The omelet station was great, freshly made, truly delicious. Great location, close to everything. We walked all the way to the Colosseum, Spanish Steps, Trevi fountain, Piazza Navona, Gallery Borghese, Vatican... all within reach. Ah, almost forgot, walk two blocks up and cross the street for the bit of Dolce Vita at the Harry's Bar... and make your best Marcello impression... We really appreciated hospitality, we'll stay again on our next trip to Rome. One thing to add... what I also liked was the efficient communication with the hotel through email, as well as the Bonvoy app chat. I sent a question via email to the front desk manager and got response very quickly. Also, as our flight got delayed, I sent comm through the app and once again, response was quick. Much appreciated.

Perfect location, wonderful staff. You got better food recommendations from the reception people then the concierge. Just saying

Non ero mai entrata ma per un invito di compleanno ho scoperto e visitato questo hotel storico. Andrebbe ristrutturato secondo me. Alcuni saloni un poco andati.
