24/08/2025: Always a positive experience! I've celebrated all kinds of events, from my son's baptism to birthdays to dinners of all kinds, and every time I can only say good things. The staff is attentive and attentive to our needs (and with two small children, that's not always a given). The outdoor space is also excellent for children to play in. A well-deserved five stars.

You have to remember where to park, especially in the multi-story car park, because otherwise it's not easy to find your car, but everything is well connected by elevators. There are many fashion stores, and there's even a UniEuro on the top floor. The only thing missing from this large shopping center is a movie theater. I think it's excellent, convenient, and easily accessible from Via Colombo.

Typical Roman cuisine, with a somewhat touristy/American focus on presentation and service, in my opinion. The first courses are served in pans... The thin Roman pizza is well-seasoned and overflows from the plates, truly gigantic... The cocktails are also served in giant glasses, albeit with too much ice! The food is good... A little disappointed by the artichokes alla Giudia, which are really small... Nevertheless, a pleasant place in terms of hospitality and the experience... Prices are in line with the area!!

21/08/2025: My family and I arrived in Valmontone as a stopover after a very long journey from Sicily, and this restaurant truly revitalized us, both for the food and the friendliness and kindness. The saltimbocca alla romana was exquisite, as were the sautéed herbs on the side. The same was true for the special pasta with cacio e pepe and the straccetti. Highly recommended, the price was right, I've never tasted saltimbocca this good. Thank you for everything!

The wine selection is well-balanced and complete but what is surprising is the food: excellent, quality and varied with its local proposals and meze. I really liked it and I hope to return soon, maybe on Sunday when they organize their events that I have heard very good things about.

27/05/2025: Hybrid place, it tries to cover a bit of all the expectations of a bar/bistro in a secluded and quiet area of ​​Quadraro: it doesn't succeed, if not perhaps for the turnout and the trendy youth attendance at the weekend. The aperitifs are average, the food doesn't surpass it, with that mix of Roman cuisine but not enough, Mediterranean but not specified what. Mussels with pecorino cheese with pecorino cheese stuck on the mussel (scrape it off to eat it?); hummus from blended chickpeas in a 50 cent jar, without the taste of cumin garlic or tahini. Slow service, nice but slow. I would like it to be less anonymous, but maybe the owners are fine with it, as long as it fills up on the weekend the grain doesn't hurt, on the contrary. However, despite the intentions, the neighborhood deserves better.

15/07/2025: The best food is usually at places that don't brag. We walked by this place 4 or 5 times before we knew it existed. Only two English menus is a sign of authenticity.

20/07/2025: Terrible experience, my children are the son of a very dear friend of mine. They were there for a week from July to December. When we went to pick them up, we were literally attacked by the manager named MARGHERITA who complained about our children's lively form. She was very aggressive and very rude. She gave us a session as if she were a doctor, which she is not. There was also a guy named Alessandro, a RUDE MAN!!! Like few others, bare-chested, who insulted us and chased us away for no reason and all this in front of our children. From our children's story, this guy swore and belched continuously. He said very stupid nonsense jokes. He smashed a water bottle in his head. The child started crying and kicked the boys in the woods even if they were not strong. What does that guy have in his head? I think he can only work as a parking attendant because this guy has no qualifications to be with children. But the Carabinieri will see this, be careful where you take your children. The complaint is on its way anyway.
