22/02/2025: In coppia abbiamo preso due fiori di zucca e due capricciose(una bianca e una rossa). I fiori di zucca, buoni…ma la pizza veramente veramente veramente veramente BUONISSSSSIMA. Lo consiglio a tutti quelli che sono stanchi di mangiare pessime pizze, o che le mangiano mettendo poi 5 stelle. Conplimenti!!!!!

02/04/2025: Beautiful unexpected experience. Tried a bit randomly because it was indicated with gluten-free alternatives and it turned out to be a beautiful environment. A little difficult to locate at night in the dark (with the navigator we were in doubt we were going in the wrong direction, but in reality it takes you exactly to the right position), the environment resembles a beautiful farmhouse with a huge outdoor space, even with games. The interior is very rustic and pleasant, the staff is kind and available to check the Gluten free products and report what is at risk of contamination or not. Practically the entire menu is available, the types of pasta are depending on availability. The first courses are exceptional, abundant, tasty and very varied, the amatriciana tasted like "grandma's amatriciana on Sundays". The second course, a hamburger, unfortunately arrived overcooked. The side dishes were good and abundant. Overall I would gladly go back if I were in the area, also to try the gluten-free pizzas.

23/02/2025: Ci andiamo sempre, pizza supplì, crocchette artigianali, tavola calda, atmosfera e gestione familiare da molti anni. Con saletta interna e prezzi adeguati ad una clientela locale affezionata. La pastiera è la più buona della provincia di Roma.

31/01/2025: A little careless, I asked for takeaway products, I found a difference, instead of a croquette I had an original arancino which I couldn't consume as I was intolerant to legumes, I had dinner with my wife, 2 delicious supplì, 2 excellent pizzas, mine 4 delicious cheeses compliments

20/03/2025: Historic trattoria in Montecompatri, everything delicious, excellent quality/price, reminiscent of Sundays at grandma's, even better. The rolls are spectacular, not to mention the sour cherry tart, but everything else is delicious too.

02/03/2025: Our experience at this place is not the best. Nothing to say about the quality of the food but very little quantity... Little choice of food. Small and poorly maintained environment. Among other things, in such a small room not even table service?? Hm... I don't think I'll come back again....

22/12/2024: You go through Etruscan villages and discover rustic and authentic groves. This is the case of Polly, a Cerveteran trattoria that has nothing to send to starred gastronomic addresses, with the offer of healthy, genuine and good cuisine, made up of dishes that go down well without interference of any kind. Mixed appetizer, spaghetti ajo ojo and chili pepper and white polenta with chicory and sausage opened the dance. Tripe, omelette and cod continued with waltzes and polkas without any slowdowns or hesitations. A shrewd and friendly white wine helped the assimilation of the dishes with the right courtesy while the stirrup glass cheered up the tufaceous environment, instilling joy and happiness in the diners. Economical and popular, friendly environment. Well done, we'll be back.

13/02/2025: Amazing. The crew is very kind and fun, putting in a lot of effort to give us an amazing service and GREAT food. Afterwards they even poured us shots of limoncello and cheered with us to end the night! It was a wonderful experience. They also have an fully English menu. 10/10 recommended to go there!

20/01/2025: Simply delicious pizza! Not soggy, as often happens, but dry, fragrant, with quality seasoning (in my case raw ham, burrata and courgettes) and, I add, also highly digestible. It was my first time eating at this place but I will definitely be back! Well done!

17/03/2025: Bad experience! A friend of mine organized her birthday. In summary, the food is not up to par. The roasted aubergines were inedible due to the amount of chilli. The bruschetta is fine there, to make a mistake you really have to put in the effort but they succeeded!!! Then the veal with tuna sauce. Let's forget about it. As for the service, I draw a veil of compassion over the head waiter and the waitress. Zero smiles. Ditto amiability and zero availability. In short, avoid it!!!

16/02/2025: We celebrated my son's Confirmation yesterday and I must say everything was really excellent from the environment to the menu and the extremely kind and helpful staff. A lot of attention also for intolerant and allergic people, my daughter has celiac disease and was able to eat everything. We had a really good time and will be back soon, as we will also celebrate my daughter's 18th birthday there.

29/12/2024: Great little spot close to our Airbnb. We had an early reservation at 7pm since we were visiting Rome with our young children. Service was great and very accommodating. Food is delicious!

05/12/2024: Excellent quality products, good quality/price ratio, comfortable environment, friendly and helpful staff. Impeccable service. The owner, excellent host. The radicchio and gorgonzola risotto with a delicate but strong taste, served in a basket of grana padano (in the photo) is a pleasure to be enjoyed even with the eyes. Definitely recommended. We will definitely be back
