14/06/2026: If you're a true Roman or simply love pizza the way it used to be, at Rosso di Sera you'll find exactly what you're looking for. A thin, crispy, light, and above all digestible pizza, the kind you can eat and feel good even hours later.
The secret of this place has a name, or rather three. Andrea, who kneads and stretches the dough with the passion and skill of someone who truly loves pizza. At the cashier, you'll find Fabrizio, precise and friendly, who immediately puts you at ease. But the icing on the cake is Melany, the waitress with the sweet smile that makes every visit even more pleasant,
one of those smiles that makes you feel at home from the first moment.
You can tell that at Rosso di Sera they work with all their heart, each in their own place, like a true team.
If you're looking for authentic Roman pizza—thin, light, and made just right—you know where to go. I'll definitely be back! 🍕❤️
27/03/2026: We went to a pizzeria last night and, like every other time, had a delicious pizza. The dough was light and, above all, easy to digest (no late-night thirst or digestive issues). Both the Margherita and the vegetarian version were good, as was the focaccia bianca as an appetizer, along with the suppli. If you're in Torpignattara, I recommend stopping by.
The staff were welcoming and friendly.
