Very pleasant lunch with my mother 'A Corte' at Pino and Augusta's. Very comfortable environment, the managers immediately capture you with their strong passion and rare simplicity at the same time. We ate really well: bruschettas; Fucking Sabines; grilled meat with kebabs, coriander sausages, pork and veal chops; broccoli; panna cotta with berries and chocolate flan; water and house red wine (good!). All good and with old-fashioned flavors that we will remember with pleasure. Thanks to Pino for the advice on the products of the area and the time he gave us, a warm greeting and see you soon.. Random discovery, it turned out to be a hidden gem. The food was exquisite, home-made and genuine cuisine with local ingredients. The Fregnacce alla Sabina are delicious, as are the homemade ragù and the Arrosticini. We took three first courses, two side dishes, a second course, water and two coffees and spent €58. I would happily stay here again.

06/04/2024: Really beautiful place, my boyfriend and I had dinner there and we were really satisfied, very good food to say the least and very kind waiters, always friendly with a smile, even joking but always professional. Very short waiting time, but truly spectacular dishes, I recommend, based on what we ordered, an appetizer of artichokes, bacon with parmesan and tomato bruschetta, as a first course rigatoni carbonara and a second course Danish beef fillet accompanied by caramelized onion and baked potatoes. We had a really good time, a very pleasant evening, we will definitely return, if they were to ask me for a place in Rome where you can eat well, with fair prices for a quiet evening I would certainly recommend this!
