15/04/2025: If you pass by Pisoniano, you can't miss Trattoria Bacco: a place that smells of authenticity and tradition. We ate the best carbonara in Rome - creamy, tasty and above all made with love by Massimo, as only those who really know Roman cuisine can do. The atmosphere is quiet, welcoming, it almost feels like being at home. Special thanks go to our waitress, Vivien (I hope I spelled her name correctly), of a kindness and skill that is rare to find. Always smiling, attentive and professional, she made our lunch even more pleasant. If you are looking for a place to eat well, relax and feel pampered, Trattoria Bacco is the perfect choice. 02/04/2025: I stopped to drink a quick coffee in the morning and there wasn't a designated space to drink it at the counter, plus the coffee wasn't even good and the service wasn't welcoming.

23/03/2025: Very good pizza, even the supplì Cozy place but a little chaotic (rightly, on a Saturday evening) The presence of sanitary pads in the bathrooms is much appreciated and necessary for intimate hygiene in emergency cases, an attention that I rarely find around.

06/04/2025: A place that prides itself on its grill and meat. Excellent raw materials and perfect preparations. They are also great for cooking. Try a perfect cacio e pepe in a pecorino basket. Top desserts and coffee. Special mention for the service: it's never too early nor too late and any request with a smile

24/02/2025: I purchased 1 and a half kg of clams (€43), about 20 of which had crushed shells and I had to discard them. I followed the advice to let them purge for an hour (but I left them for 3 hours) with water and salt (30g per liter of water) changed 3 times. Unacceptable result they were full of sand and inedible.

16/11/2024: High quality, particular, sector food. If you love game, grilled meat, porcini mushrooms, homemade pasta... well, the Locanda is the Top. The selection of wines is also excellent. I felt welcomed and pampered..

19/04/2025: It's a place where you can eat excellent pizza and where they offer different sizes, from small to large, something rare to find. Ideal for a quick lunch or with office colleagues. The place is very simple but I recommend the pizza because it's really good!

23/02/2025: This is one of the best restaurants I have found in Rome and it is also very affordable. From the first time I visited, I was very satisfied with the experience and the service at La Pilotta. I would definitely recommend it to anyone coming from Puerto Rico to enjoy authentic Italian food. Don't hesitate to ask for the owner, Mario, who always offers exceptional service to all his clientele.

26/03/2025: Excellent food and simple dishes with a refined and truly satisfying taste. Very pleasant environment with internal and external space. Maybe a little expensive, but every now and then it can be worth it. Of note, I had a delicious swordfish wrap.
