03/04/2026: Staff didn't say a single word to us, came with a notepad and waited until we realised he wanted to take out order, we ordered the lasagna and steak, the steak with potatoes was okay, the meat itself was good but the potatoes tasted like they were 4 days old and reheated for us, and the lasagna was a sloppy mess, pasta was burnt and there was 0 cheese in sight on my plate. They also added an automatic 10% tip which i wouldn't mind if the service we got was actually good, very disappointing.

19/01/2026: Update after 3 years: A confirmation of quality and courtesy I'm pleased to review "La Baita" again, three years after my first visit, and I can only confirm my positive opinion; in fact, I've improved the overall rating! We returned yesterday to celebrate our son's second birthday, and the experience was wonderful. The place remains truly unique, an oasis immersed in nature where children (and adults) can be right next to the animals. What has changed and what remains unchanged: Food: The quality is always top-notch. I can confirm that the meat is excellent, as are the pasta dishes. The food is truly delicious. Service: Although three years ago we had some delays with the delivery times, this time everything was perfect. I want to emphasize the extreme courtesy, kindness, and care the staff showed us, making our son's birthday even more special. Atmosphere: The location remains magical for those seeking relaxation and contact with nature. Compared to my previous visit, the small logistical issues of the past (wait times and noise) were largely overcome by the attention they gave us yesterday. A favorite place in Saracinesco, where we always return with pleasure. Highly recommended!

01/02/2026: This beautiful restaurant near Piazza Mazzini offers excellent food with a wide selection of gourmet dishes, including vegetarian and vegan options. The staff is extremely friendly and the owners are very welcoming. The atmosphere is unique, with a charming style, featuring paintings on the walls and wall decorations, and a very high ceiling that adds a touch of class to this truly unique restaurant!

The service was excellent throughout the meal; the staff was friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is pleasant, a comfortable place where you can eat slowly and enjoy your meal in peace. The service was quite fast, and everything arrived as expected. I highly recommend this place if you appreciate well-prepared fish. I will definitely be back.

31/01/2026: We ordered two pans of lactose-free pizza and paid €67. I understand the extra charge for the lactose-free option, but it's truly excessive. It tastes good, but you can't charge €33 for a pan of pizza, especially since the flavors weren't particularly special: crostini, margherita, boscaiola, and diavola...sorry, we won't be back.

30/03/2026: The food was absolutely delicious I don’t know how you can make spaghetti this good! The service was excellent! They brought me my food within 10 minutes of me ordering and the hostess got me and my family of 5 a table the second we walked in. Finally the atmosphere I don’t know how to describe how much I loved the atmosphere it just gave off the best kid friendly and adult friendly vibes. I don’t think I have ever tried better food in my 47 years of life. Thank you Locanda Fomarino so much for the opportunity to eat and see your beautiful restaurant ❤️❤️❤️.
