25/08/2025: Any given Sunday in August... We decide to escape the heat of Rome and head to Trevignano. We stumble upon this trattoria with a breathtaking view of the lake. A real stroke of luck. It was the only free table for two, and we understand why. We ate divinely. The first courses were delicious, but the fried fish and eel were SPECTACULAR!!!! Friendly staff. We'll definitely be back. Highly recommended.

29/08/2025: We've been back after not being there for many years, and it's truly disappointing!!! We paid €28 for two Margheritas with parmesan!!!! Truly insane!!! Then there were other things I didn't like, including a customer telling you that you burned the fries, you shouldn't pay for them if you didn't eat them!! You guys are out of line on everything!! I won't recommend it to anyone.

21/09/2025: I never would have imagined that a place like this could exist just five minutes from the chaos of Rome. Large, impossibly well-maintained, clean even in the animal sanctuary, a delight for both adults and children. And then there's lunch. The entire staff welcomes you and takes care of you with a radiant smile. A young woman served us. She had such patience with our many requests (and not the pepper, and the spices, and the chili pepper...). She didn't bat an eyelid, impeccable and professional. In short, a wonderful day at great prices.

13/07/2025: I organized my son's 18th birthday party here. I discovered the place because I was invited to a dear friend's 60th birthday party, and everything had already been great! A beautiful farmhouse with attention to every detail! The food was excellent, and the desserts were superb! The waiters were professional and attentive to the needs of everyone at the party! Marianna and Valeria were super helpful, they looked after you and managed everything impeccably! My satisfied guests all complimented me on my choice! What can I say? I've finally found a place to celebrate future occasions! See you soon!

01/10/2025: I ordered the seafood set menu for €31. The male staff member was quiet but very friendly. Water was €1. House wine was €2. The squid frittata (deep-fried food) I had for my main course was delicious. It was a shame they didn't have the tart mentioned in the reviews. I highly recommend it.

30/09/2025: Here, you don't go to a restaurant and check whether the knife is facing outward. Here, you go to Andrea; he's the restaurant; he comes to your table, lovingly and kindly explains the dishes, and then shuts himself away in the kitchen and freshly prepares traditional delicacies with quality ingredients and a lot of passion. The result? Delicious dishes in a casual setting where tradition and a love for cooking reign supreme. Highly recommended!

13/09/2025: We were passing by and noticed it, so we stopped for lunch. It was a great idea. We ordered appetizers and a first course, a set-price lunch menu, and a glass of wine. The ingredients were excellent and well-cooked. The service was very courteous and friendly. It was Saturday lunchtime, and the place was packed, so there was a slight wait. But good food takes time, and when you're eating out, you shouldn't be in too much of a rush. Even though it was busy, we were able to chat freely. Recommended.

14/09/2025: We've been to this restaurant/friggitoria in Anguillara twice now: the first time for a birthday, the second recently, and both times we had a wonderful time. It's an ideal choice for those who want to eat comfortably at a table or for those who prefer a bag of fried food to enjoy while strolling along the lake. When available, the lakeside location makes the experience even more charming. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and the dishes are well-presented and plentiful. Last time, we tried a crispy and dry fritto misto, truly delicious, and gnocchi with scampi cream, creamy and rich in flavor: both excellent. A place we definitely recommend, perfect for both a special occasion and a casual lunch or dinner with a lake view.
