Bistrot del Mare In Roma

Went to this restaurant last night at the recommendation of our hotel. The seafood was amazingly fresh and prepared really well. Tasted properly high-end. I had a selection of tartare fish to start, my partner had squid with seasoned mayonnaise and potatoes. Both were brilliant. For main courses, I had linguini with monkfish cheeks, and my partner had langoustines. Again, both dishes totally amazing texture and flavour. The staff were really helpful. Definitely recommended.

Everything was so delicious :) the oysters were phenomenal. I love it and recommend it!

All this always under the watchful eyes and careful control of the two owners, perpetually in the room and around the tables, ready to satisfy (with affable and exquisite courtesy and capable and expert professionalism) every need of the customers. A restaurant where we always gladly come and are already looking forward to the next time we return.

Excellent fish restaurant. Parking is difficult but worth the sacrifice. Top fish and high level cuisine. Long wine list. Prices commensurate with quality..

Brilliant restaurant! Fish rated 10 with honors! Really nice staff and not too intrusive. High prices but which are compensated by the context and the great quality of the raw material. We'll be back.

Non avrei mai pensato che un ristorante locato in una zona turistica mi avrebbe sorpreso. Leggendo le recensioni di altri avventori non ho trovato giudizi negativi quindi, perché non provarlo? Tutto ciò che si è scritto lo confermo al 100%! Locale accogliente con personale gentile, rapido, a volte frenetico, ma mai troppo invadente. Prezzi correttissimi con qualità di pesce pari se non meglio di un ristorante stellato. Crudo da mettere tra i miei migliori in assoluto tra i ristoranti provati in 30 anni. Torneremo senza ombra di dubbio.

A very pleasant discovery, very fresh raw... a real goodness. We tried a risotto with shellfish and seafood, with more fish than rice! Everything is really excellent, even the bread made by the chef. We will be back!!

Cenone di capodanno, partenza super con giro antipasti: ostriche, crudità, misto vapore. Per finire catalanina con frutta e verdura. Materia prima di eccellente qualità. Consigliato

Dal crudo di mare agli antipasti cotti, ai primi piatti...esperienza molto buona. Certamente il tutto corrisponde a costi non nella media, ma esperienza da ripetere indubbiamente
