17/03/2026: We had lunch with friends at La Cueva restaurant. I must say we were pleasantly surprised by both the quality of the ingredients and the chef's cooking. Excellent appetizers and first courses, the meat was very fresh and top-quality, and the vegetables were cooked beautifully. Excellent value for money 🔝 Highly recommended

08/03/2026: I stayed at the Simon Hotel for about 10 days for work and had a wonderful time! The staff was fantastic, from the lobby to the bartender to the breakfast staff! Everyone was friendly and available 24/7! The breakfast was plentiful with a wide selection of fresh, delicious products! The room was clean and had a spectacular sea view! I will definitely be back! Thanks to all the staff for their hospitality!

The owners organized the event perfectly, reserving a room with a fireplace, musical accompaniment, and we chose the menu together. Their dishes are tasty, simple, and healthy, with a wide selection of wines and a well-kept, rustic, and very welcoming atmosphere. I got confirmation from my guests, who were all pleasantly surprised. Highly recommended!!! 03/01/2026: Meatballs… Overcooked, bland, overcooked Chicken cacciatore… it was pan-fried chicken basted with oil Bread… Stale, or at least not cut in the 3 hours before it was served Baked potatoes… Not ready and reheated as is sometimes the custom, but reheated and from the night before Chicory… Drowsy in oil and garlic Other customers near us were complaining Roman cuisine is one thing… the food we tried for lunch today is a scam for tourists who, unfortunately, think they're eating traditional cuisine but aren't. Ambience… Noisy, long wait, glass front door in need of repair because it's difficult to open Bathroom… Sign of the cross and lose all hope, ye who enter!

30/11/2025: Wonderful place. We dined inside, but I'll be back to experience dining with a breathtaking view. Excellent food, friendly staff, and an absolutely excellent bill. The steak is huge and excellent quality. For work, I often eat at restaurants around Italy, and I can guarantee that this restaurant is a surefire winner for quality and fair prices. I've already passed the business card on to a couple of friends.

17/03/2026: Excellent! I had it for breakfast just now and it was delicious freshly made. The man who served me was very friendly. I recommend it 100%. The pizzas are sold by weight, but I'd rather eat two large slices of this natural, homemade pizza than pay €15 for one anywhere in Rome and be ripped off for tourists.

31/03/2026: Based on the advertising I'd seen, I expected more, in terms of quality and type of meat. The menus were very explicit and clear, but while the Tagliata was excellent, the Picanha was tough, the quality-price ratio, in my case—though this could be an exception, a one-off situation—tipped the needle toward a price that I felt was a bit too high, considering the entire dinner. The service was very professional and courteous, and the atmosphere was excellent.
