If you were looking for a starred restaurant you have found it: the stars of Fiumicino and the stars they serve at the table. Quality food and a crazy environment... Unique, singular, patterned flowers for an evening of great mental lightness. Less for the belly that asked to test everything. Obviously the mind prevailed in the only moment in which it was not busy containing the laughter. And then the wine list: we drank the best of the territory... Woe betide you if you change. and thanks for the fun

Locale molto bello, particolare arredato con stile e gusto. Menu vasto, buone le pizze, buoni i secondi e ottimi i dolci ! Rapporto qualità prezzo un po’ alto, ma comunque ci può stare. Nel complesso consigliato!

Prenotato tramite the fork, ero incuriosito dalla loro pubblicitá molto simpatica sui social. Siamo stati oggi a pranzo e possiamo ritenerci super soddisfatti. Personale gentile, cordiale e simpatico. Cibo molto buono, si sente la qualitá e l impegno nei piatti. Sicuramente torneremo. Grazie mille

06/02/2024: UPDATE: my second visit didn’t compare to the first. It was actually quite disappointing. Having high expectations due to the initial dining experience, may have contributed to the disappointment, but the two main dishes were definitely off. One – the prawns were totally undercooked and the other pasta dish was flavorless. I’ll contribute it to the kitchen having a bad night. The service was very good and the atmosphere and ambience is always great. I’ll give them another try. First review. ‘Truly one of the best restaurants in Rome. Without a doubt the best pasta! I’ve been disappointed many times dining in Rome but so glad I made it to Pianostrada. I dined at the bar and was able to interact and observe the chefs. They were warm and welcoming. A real treat! I started with crispy artichoke with creamy pecorino cheese with vinegar reduction- crunchy and delicious. Then, scottana beef tartare - very tender. Then, the pasta… so good. Tagliardella with ragú.l with guinea fowl, rabbit, mushroom, olives and Parmesan cheese. Truly Amazon! Thanks Chiara! I have blurry pics to check out. That’s all for now.’
09/01/2024: Love the ambience of this restaurant at first it was a bit challenging to locate as it wasn’t at main road. Was seated at an area full of illuminated lights makes the vibes cosy. Food wise is impeccable and did not regret it. A perfect spot for romantic dates in Rome on a Friday night
