The entire staff was so great to us. They make the hotel shine. They took really good care of my husband who was running the rome marathon and also were so exuberantly welcoming of our 8 year old daughter. They got her out of her shell to enjoy saying Ciao and buenosera :) The food was fantastic, the spa was fantastic (get a lymphatic massage!). We enjoyed our stay so much, thank you.

We can't afford to stay overnight there, but a sundowner on the legendary rooftop terrace is unbeatable!

The setting is iconic, the food amazing but the service from all the staff, especially Nicola in the bar, was fantastic. We were made to feel like royalty - the Hassler reputation definitely lives up to its name!
