We stayed for one night at the Hassler and were so impressed by the service and the beautiful hotel. From the airport pickup to checkout and everything in between, EVERYONE took such good care of us. The room was beautiful and impeccably clean and the beds were so comfortable. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant and enjoyed sweeping views while eating a delicious meal. It was a one-of-a-kind experience. Special shout out to Vito at the front desk who took the time to talk to us about all our concerns and made us feel so welcome on our first trip to Rome.

The entire staff was so great to us. They make the hotel shine. They took really good care of my husband who was running the rome marathon and also were so exuberantly welcoming of our 8 year old daughter. They got her out of her shell to enjoy saying Ciao and buenosera :) The food was fantastic, the spa was fantastic (get a lymphatic massage!). We enjoyed our stay so much, thank you.

We can't afford to stay overnight there, but a sundowner on the legendary rooftop terrace is unbeatable!

We had a fabulous lunch at the Hassler Hotel in Rome today, for my wife’s birthday. The setting is iconic, the food amazing but the service from all the staff, especially Nicola in the bar, was fantastic. We were made to feel like royalty - the Hassler reputation definitely lives up to its name! Thank you to everyone who made our visit and my wife’s birthday, very special, with special thanks to both Nicola and Andrea. Highly recommended
