11/07/2025: It's always a guarantee for food, quality, and hospitality. A few tables ensure a quiet evening without the headache of the crowds. The view isn't there, but just step outside and stroll through the village and you'll be satisfied. Not recommended for vegetarians and vegans, of course!

06/07/2025: Located at the beginning of a very well-kept alley, it also has outdoor tables, but we preferred the indoor room with air conditioning. We had a pappardella with hare sauce, tonnarelli with truffle, mixed side dish and chicory, a quarter of wine and water and we spent €45. Everything was excellent, recommended. Very kind staff

28/06/2025: The place being a Hotel is not very big and therefore not very spacious, however this small inconvenience is overcome thanks to the excellent quality of the food that is offered and the excellent service that is reserved, quite high prices considering the average of Rome, Eg. Carbonara €22, Tiramisu €10, etc... which also in this case we solved the problem by booking with TheFork with the discount of (-50%) which halves the price and therefore makes it certainly affordable for anyone. Having said that, the Restaurant definitely deserves 5 Stars, also because it is difficult to do better than this, 👏👏👏.

30/06/2025: After attending the Nannini concert last week, finding a place close to Circo Massimo, where at 11:30 pm we could eat a carbonara and a cacio e pepe, excellent and with a generous portion, was a dream. The staff and owner were very kind, the price was right. The music selection was also pleasant. Great place

05/06/2025: Positive experience we went on June 2nd luckily I had booked, the place was full we arrived after 2pm they immediately brought us the Italian appetizer cold cuts bruschetta beans with pork rinds various vegetables, first course fettuccine in white with sausage and mushrooms, ravioli walnuts and ricotta, ravioli ricotta and spinach with ragù generous portions, as well as fried potatoes and salad mixed roast meat with sausage steak, and other meat, wild boar in a pan strawberries water coke all good and plentiful. The place is simple a little retro but it's fine with a nice view and outside it's cool, we were 3 adults 1 little girl and two other boys around 10 years old

31/05/2025: The place is nice and welcoming and has a large covered terrace, from which you can enjoy a very beautiful view and ... the gaze extends to the sea. It offers a cuisine mainly inspired by the tradition of the lower Maremma. The dishes are simple, but absolutely genuine. We ate a very tasty appetizer: we were struck by the extraordinary tripe, the exquisite beans and the excellent bruschetta of Allumiere bread, seasoned with an equally good oil. The first courses were also interesting: we really appreciated the excellent ravioli with Maremma ragù and the less exciting gnocchi with asparagus and artichokes. The mix of desserts was very pleasant ... the sour cherry tart was delicious! The staff is kind and efficient. The quality/price ratio is very good. We will be back!

15/06/2025: We were at this place just last night, June 14, 2025. What to say: the location is fantastic, because a bit like all the other places in Frascati it offers a crazy panoramic view of all of Rome. Very very beautiful. The service was very efficient, and cheered by the sympathy of Federico... Excellent food, I recommend their appetizer which is really varied and very filling. Finally we had the tonnarello alla carbonara which was truly exquisite. I have eaten in many other places in Rome, rarely have I found this quality and quantity. See you next time guys, good work!

11/07/2025: The pizzas were good, but the rest wasn't. We ordered a bit of everything. But the flavor, from the bruschetta to the hamburger 🍔, was that of mass-produced cuisine, the side fries were cold... the battered fried foods (zucchini flowers, cod, and supplì) had a "strange aftertaste." The atmosphere in front of the counter is welcoming, but they don't assign it. The air-conditioned interior rooms are anonymous and segregated.
