20/10/2025: "*5 stars without hesitation!* Leon restaurant in Rome was a real discovery! The meat was cooked to perfection, every cut was perfectly done, and the flavor was incredible. But what made the experience even more special was the staff: friendly, efficient, and attentive to our every request. The service was excellent, with a warm welcome and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff was professional and helpful, making our evening even more enjoyable. I can highly recommend Leon restaurant in Rome to anyone who loves good meat and high-quality service. A perfect choice for a special evening or simply to enjoy a delicious meal in a welcoming environment."

19/10/2025: We were drawn to Instagram ads for the €22.90 All You Can Eat menu (cover charge and service included, drinks not included). The video shows the tagliata with neatly cut pieces of meat arranged neatly on the cutting board. For us, the reality was different. The meat arrived on a single cutting board for two, with pieces piled up and randomly oriented, cut unevenly. The cooking was uneven (some pieces were rare, others very rare/dry). Many bites were tough, with sinew/cartilage, making them difficult to chew. The appetizer included in the €22.90 AYCE menu was very small (the mozzarella was small but at least good; two slices of a very ordinary prosciutto; a very ordinary focaccia to share). The baked potatoes (also included in the AYCE menu for €22.90) arrived 3–5 minutes after the meat, in a smaller portion (about 5–6 pieces) and tasteless. From the promotional images, we expected more generous portions and a more refined presentation. As for the concept of the All You Can Eat format itself: it exists and is offered at that price; however, for us, the consistency and quality of the pieces in the first course didn't encourage us to ask for a second helping. The staff was average (neither rude nor particularly welcoming). The place was small, but overall aesthetically acceptable: nothing special. The bathroom was clean and small; I didn't find any paper towels inside the container to dry my hands. In short, our experience was disappointing compared to the expectations created by the advertising. We wouldn't return, nor would we recommend it to anyone looking for a slice of AYCE steak like the one shown in their videos.

15/11/2025: We discovered it by accident, but I have to say it was a great find! The staff were incredibly friendly, and the pizza was excellent! It's been a long time since I've had such a good pizza by the slice. The tarts are also excellent. At the end, they even offered us a Nutella pizza for our daughter. We'll definitely be back.

12/11/2025: You can find everything from focaccia to first and second courses of Roman cuisine, everything is delicious.

25/10/2025: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A place that captivates from the first moment: welcoming, well-kept, and with a warm and authentic atmosphere. When we arrived, the reservation was already ready, a sign of impeccable attention and organization. The staff is kind and attentive, and a special thanks goes to Jacopo, who served us with great courtesy and professionalism. The carbonara is a small masterpiece of balance and flavor, Teresa's fillet steak with green peppercorns is tender and perfectly cooked, and the desserts are simply delicious. Also noteworthy is the promise of a The Fork discount, kept, a gesture of seriousness and respect for the customer, and the friendliness of the owner, which completes an already perfect experience. 04/11/2025: Before going to Rome, I saw a broadcast on TV and made a reservation at 6:30, but unlike the picture, the restaurant was very small and there were only a few items on the menu. The carbonara was served as rice cakes, which was really disappointing. I really regretted spending 100 euros.

08/09/2025: I frequent this restaurant and pizzeria for business lunches, as my office is nearby. Excellent pizza made with quality ingredients and cooked in a wood-fired oven. The first courses are plentiful, and the sandwiches are also good and reasonably priced. Occasionally, it gets a bit chaotic and disorganized, but that's understandable given that it's packed at lunchtime.

19/10/2025: A restaurant whose offerings stand out from the rest in Rome. An Italian bistro with a distinct French influence, featuring a wide selection of game and a strong connection to local and seasonal ingredients. Simone in the kitchen and Serena in the dining room are a winning combination. One of those places where, once you leave, you can't wait to return.

18/10/2025: A cozy place with a family atmosphere. The menu is varied and seasonal. Excellent first courses (pici served with various sauces) and refined and well-cooked meat main courses, all accompanied by a nice Bordeaux. The grilled porcini mushrooms are highly recommended for those who love them! Special desserts... all in all, a great experience that we will definitely repeat! Thanks, Serena.

13/09/2025: The four of us ate a mixed platter: 2 exceptional shanks (order when you reserve your table), 2 tagliata, 1 mushroom, and a simple one—really tasty and cooked to perfection. The owner is exceptional, knows how to advise and is always attentive to customer requests, especially when it comes to wine recommendations (the cellar is well-stocked). 5/5 for everything, especially the simplicity of the place.

06/10/2025: Excellent Roman food. We arrived very late at night, and even though the kitchen was already closed, we were served an excellent platter of appetizers. We visited this place several times and were always satisfied. The oxtail is sensational—a must-try.

05/10/2025: The best Gricia in Rome! We ate at this restaurant, just 10 minutes from the Vatican Museums, and were incredibly satisfied. We ordered bombette, bruschetta, gricia, and tripe, and we loved everything. The waitress was incredibly kind and friendly. The prices were excellent and fully reflect the quality of the dishes!

19/10/2025: If you're looking for an evening of excellent, out-of-the-ordinary pizza, seafood, and delicious bruschetta in Rome, "Il Secchio e l'Olivaro" is definitely worth a visit.

15/10/2025: Before going to Secchio e l'Olivaro, I was a bit wary, because I'm not one for new things. The experience, however, was more than positive... the pizza is like it used to be... The delicious homemade pizza, thick and incredibly tasty, and the owner's hospitality made us feel like family. Dinner ended with some truly amazing fried cremini! We'll definitely be back.

18/08/2025: I happened to drop off packages for Vinted. Besides being polite and professional, there was a problem with the scanner, and they were quick to fix it so the package could be delivered. Not a small deal, especially considering this time of year.

17/10/2025: Excellent food, and warm, hospitable service. This is clearly a real local favourite. This is real Italy.
