The place is beautiful and the staff very helpful!
But unfortunately, I didn't find everything perfect... when we booked, they wanted a €100 deposit, they didn't write down the order, and they made the wrong pasta. At the beginning of the meal, they voluntarily brought us bread and oil, which they charged us €6. Finally, the grilled fish was just fish thrown on the plate without any seasoning!
I wasn't very satisfied.

This elegant restaurant in the Eur Laurentina area is highly recommended for seafood, as it has a well-stocked fishmonger attached. The kitchen team masterfully uses fresh, high-quality ingredients to create surprisingly balanced and delicious dishes. I recommend the carpaccio pizza, a truly interesting dish. The service is in keeping with the restaurant's high standard: competent and professional.

Fresh fish and well-cooked dishes. The raw portions are limited, and the atmosphere is a bit cold and impersonal. The manager is kind and professional, and the young waiter is very helpful.
As with the bananas at Jonny Stecchino, don't dare take the oil, as the more senior waitress might rudely and rudely scold you.
Overall, the quality/price ratio is too expensive.

For me, it's like home.
I come here often for dinner and enjoy the variety of meat, fish, and even pizza menus.
As a Sicilian, I really appreciate the fish caponata.
Everything is prepared beautifully, and the prices are extremely fair.
The owner and staff, as I mentioned at the beginning, welcome you warmly and make you feel at home.

We recently returned from dining at this wonderful restaurant! 5 stars, from the welcome to the food to the treatment provided throughout the dinner by the kind and professional Chiara!
As a couple, we chose the 4-course tasting menu with wine pairings, and I must say it was a perfect choice!
The quality of the food, the pairings, and the explosion of flavors on the palate made each bite truly emotional. The wine pairings also provided a unique experience, offering different flavors and always perfectly paired with each dish.
The restaurant is beautiful, bright (just right), private, welcoming, and quiet, perfect for a couple's dinner and a bit of relaxation.
Compliments to chef Mirko Di Mattia and again to all the kitchen and dining room staff.
I hope to return soon and I truly wish you all the best.
It's been a long time since I've returned home so enthusiastic.
Thank you

More than "Level 1," we're talking about a "Level Up." This is an elegant and understated restaurant where the combinations of ingredients and the quality of the raw materials are a pleasant constant.

Livello1 restaurant remains a good choice for those seeking quality seafood in Rome, built on a short supply chain and genuine product knowledge. Its proximity to the family fishmonger's represents a real added value: the catch is expertly selected daily, and this is clearly reflected in the quality of the dishes, as noted by many online reviews that praise the freshness and quality of the ingredients.
The open kitchen conveys transparency and trust, positively contributing to the overall experience. The space, with its minimalist furnishings, is clean, tidy, and well-attended, a sign of a restaurant that has found its audience even on weekdays.
The service and welcome are professional and courteous. It's true that, given the constant attendance, the team sometimes appears a bit understaffed, but overall management remains effective. Worth noting is the commitment of a young waiter, visibly eager but still a bit inexperienced and occasionally distracted, resulting in a few lapses in service. This aspect could be improved, but it doesn't impact the overall experience, thanks to the presence of a maître d' and a young assistant (also at the cash register when necessary), both highly professional and capable of maintaining a high level of service.
The menu is extensive and well-structured, with a comprehensive offering that also includes three tasting menus of 3, 4, and 6 courses, a welcome option for those who want guidance in their choices without sacrificing variety. The cuisine remains measured, concrete, and focused on highlighting seafood, without overdoing it.
The price is consistent with the quality of the products and the level of service, in line with other customers' opinions: not a cheap place, but well-positioned for what it offers.
In conclusion, Livello1 is a serious, well-run, and reliable restaurant, where the quality of the fish and knowledge of the ingredients make the difference. With a few small organizational improvements to the younger staff, it has everything it takes to establish itself as a reference point for seafood cuisine in Rome.
