02/03/2025: Excellent, fresh and genuine food. Generous portions and friendly staff, a must try!

06/01/2025: Genuine, tasty, plentiful food. Friendly, fast, punctual service. Already welcomed on the entrance path by a cheerful boy named Serafino, Simple and welcoming environment. The protagonists are the kindness of Michele and his boys and the goodness of what gradually takes center stage on the table. Everything, everything delicious. Even simple bruschetta has its reasons. Cold cuts, cheeses and chickpeas as a starter. Followed by excellent fettuccine with ragù and then strips of adult beef with wild fennel and cabbage as a side dish. All accompanied by an excellent house red wine. Sweet, coffee and bitter to close a delicious and unexpected lunch, in a place where authenticity is at home. The authenticity of the food, the place and the ways. Congratulations Michele!

07/12/2024: Historic café bar run by highly experienced people, quality and choice are assured. I love it for a good coffee and a polite chat with the staff or for a hot herbal tea sitting comfortably at the table in the sun in Piazza Malatesta.

08/11/2024: Excellent coffee, definitely the best coffee in the neighborhood served with a clever Arabica/Robusta blend. The choice of dry and non-dried sweets is decidedly wide, to improve the savory offer. Typical 60s/70s neighborhood bar atmosphere (I hope it never changes). It's just a shame that every now and then they forget to greet you at the entrance but especially at the exit!

17/01/2025: I've known this place since it opened over 20 years ago! The owner Manuela is still at the counter with her usual kindness! The pizza with prawns and the one with chicory are my favourites... for me it is still the best pizza by the slice in Rome!!!

30/03/2025: I booked a table for 8 people asking if it was possible to bring my dog, specifying that he was small and saying that if he dazzled me I would be very careful to take him out... we were greeted with little kindness and by a waiter who smelled of smoke and was in a hurry to serve us, some people took the first courses, others the second courses, obviously they ate the first courses in the meantime the others watched, my daughter and I ordered a rare steak which was inedible, flavorless and hard to cut, we got to dessert and my father went to pay and they told him that we had to hurry up and leave because the dog had been barking the whole time, regardless of the fact that it was a big lie but what I wonder is why do you allow dogs access if then after having had terrible service and equally mediocre food we, the customers, should be the ones to complain? I am very sorry that I was not able to speak to the owner myself to be able to complain about the service I had, the waiter who smelled of smoke and the alternating food that we customers had to wait for, perhaps the owner should pay much more attention to his work than to a one-kilo dog, placed in the corner that smells and smells and does not bother anyone, I strongly recommend not allowing people with dogs to enter your restaurant instead of throwing away polite people who pay despite having had terrible service and having eaten badly

27/03/2025: Ospite di amici in questo ristorante che ricorda le osterie di altri tempi e in un certo senso è rimasta in quei tempi. Personale accogliente e simpatico che allietano la serata. Ottima cucina tipica e prodotti di qualità, dagli antipasti ai dolci fatti in casa. Unica accortezza sarebbe quella di porgere un menu con l'indicazione dei prezzi, ma giusto per correttezza anche se i prezzi qui non sono assolutamente un problema.

29/04/2025: Very disappointing experience – beware! I lost my wallet in this restaurant - and unfortunately I received no support from the team. Despite clear instructions and the fact that only a single employee/waiter was serving our table, I was denied a view of the camera. The manager Danilo was friendly, but was not allowed to check the recordings on orders from his boss. I don't want to talk about the other manager, absolutely unprofessional and arrogant. It would have been easy: two cameras filmed our table directly. A quick check could have immediately shown what happened. Other restaurants in Rome have confirmed to me that managers are allowed to control the recordings - here it was strictly refused. The fact is: I had my wallet with me all the way to this restaurant. I was in Rome for less than two hours, my two companions can also attest to that. After we ordered, the menu cards were cleared from the table - and that's exactly when my wallet disappeared. It's clear to me: The only employee at the table must have been and was. The fact that the restaurant - explicitly the "boss" - didn't want to help and hid behind internal rules is a huge disappointment. Customer service looks different. Very sad and absolutely not recommended.

05/04/2025: Se avessi seguito le recensioni forse non sarei andata , ma nella vita ho imparato che forse le cose bisogna testarle di persona quando ci sono pareri discordanti. La mia esperienza da Fiore è stata ottima, ho trovato personale gentile e attento, le ragazze ai tavoli molto carine , gentili e sempre attente, la carne alla brace di qualità eccezionale con una vasta scelta, erano anni che non mangiavo una bella bistecca, tenera, saporita e cotta come volevo, per non parlare dei carciofi alla romana buonissimi, e il dolce torta ricotta e visciole non era da meno. Insomma lo consiglio vivamente , e ci tornerò sicuramente . Complimenti a tutto lo staff, continuate così !!!

01/04/2025: Abbiamo scelto questo locale per le recensioni più che positive su TripAdvisor e non abbiamo sbagliato! Il menù è uguale per tutti, a prezzo fisso. Si compone di cinque antipasti, due assaggi di primo, un secondo di carne alla griglia, presentato su uno spiedo al centro di un piatto da portata che propone,oltre ai contorni di patate ed insalata, anche un mix di frutta. Dolce a scelta tra varie proposte, caffè e amaro. Acqua e vino compreso nel prezzo. Tutte le pietanze sono state di nostro gradimento, alcune appartenenti alla cucina tradizionale ed altre con abbinamenti ricercati. I prodotti utilizzati sono di qualità. Accoglienza calorosa, servizio gentile e veloce. Sicuramente un buon punto di riferimento a Sant'Oreste. Consigliato.

10/04/2025: We booked an evening to celebrate our birthday in this place but despite the bank transfer confirming the booking, it was completely forgotten. After over an hour we were able to start our evening without the agreed karaoke and with music listened to from the birthday girl's phone. We should have read the reviews first that already warned against this carelessness. The staff appeared unhelpful.

22/09/2024: Excellent burgers of absolute quality, youthful and informal atmosphere. Outdoor tables pleasant private location. The only note to highlight are the times which, as it happened to me more than once, are a little long...

19/04/2025: Informal environment, quick, young and professional service. You can choose the pizza between the low Roman style or the high one. Overall a good experience. They have an agreement with a car park because it is impossible to find any on the street

19/04/2025: Historic place in Parioli, renovated over time. Excellent meat and fish food, also pizza. It's just a shame that recently they have decided to remove the tablecloths and placemats from the tables, leaving the place setting on the marble table. I personally don't think it's a good choice, although the staff takes care of table hygiene.
