04/05/2025: I'll warn you that it's not for everyone. From the culinary offering to the wines, the watchword is authenticity, care and generosity in sharing. Great research into wines with a predisposition for labels that make wine with natural and ancestral methods, national and French; and in this sector it is very easy to make mistakes, but this is not the case with Andrea. The food is of great quality, in line with what the season offers and proposed with refined recipes. All in a warm, casual and super welcoming atmosphere.

13/07/2025: Il locale ha un’atmosfera accogliente e curata, perfetta sia per un caffè veloce che per una pausa più lunga a pranzo o a cena. Ai tavoli verrete assistiti da Andrea, un cameriere di rara professionalità e gentilezza. Con un sorriso sincero e una grande attenzione al cliente, è riuscito a rendere il nostro momento al tavolo ancora più piacevole. È raro trovare qualcuno così appassionato del proprio lavoro e capace di coniugare efficienza e calore umano. Il menù è vario e ben pensato, con proposte che uniscono tradizione e creatività. Ottimi anche i caffè e i dolci, perfetti per una pausa golosa. Fermento è sicuramente un posto in cui tornare. Consigliatissimo – e chiedete di Andrea!

06/07/2025: Comida fantástica, vino excelente, servicio atento, gran ambiente. Lo probé después de leer las otras críticas pero sin esperar mucho, el lugar es en realidad una joya inesperada. El camarero Andrea, muy amable y profesional, nos hizo sentir inmediatamente bienvenidos y a gusto. Seguimos sus sugerencias para la cena y disfrutamos de cada plato (desde una deliciosa burrata con aceitunas alici y tomates secos, unos tagliolini alle vongole maravillosamente sedosos y unos fettuccine al ragù di manzo tradicionalmente ricos) acompañados de un vino blanco delicado pero multidimensional. Delicioso tiramisú para cerrar una cena perfecta y de lo más agradable. Gracias, definitivamente volveremos.

07/06/2025: given that we had not been informed of the total change in management of the restaurant (formerly Verde Pistacchio, a delicious restaurant with three different types of menus with an excellent vegan selection) of which you have however kept the telephone number... we immediately ordered a drink. We didn't have the pleasure of reading the wine list, the first one recommended was very hot and we changed it for a second one that was even more expensive and I was told that 'it's an average price' (this is how you answer a relative of yours). half an hour to have a cooling 'band' and a boiling tonic water with a glass of ice (ONLY! non-alcoholic drink). Having looked at the magnamorti menu we found at the bottom only a seitan with mushrooms. We were explained the change of management and the reduction of the veg menu (more like a total elimination). When we asked what could be adapted we were offered a frisella with aubergines. And here we should have left. The great effort of the kitchen was to serve, after almost 2 hours, a micro portion of COLD seitan with 3 mushrooms on top and a cherry tomato, probably, given the wait, bought on the spot in a 24-hour supermarket, not even grilled, taken and cut from the envelope. year 2025, a "restaurant" in Rome

15/05/2025: My experience was simply awful. Maybe because I give a certain importance to the cost of things in relation to the satisfaction I receive. And if they charge me 18 euros for a platter of 4 miserable types of banal, ordinary cheeses (8 slices in total).... it pisses me off. And even worse if they serve it to you with a bit of bread, which you didn't ask for, and they charge you 2 euros. It's rude to send a big fuck you ????? Sorry, I'm from the suburbs.

02/07/2025: We ordered pizza and it was delicious. Traditional Roman pizza. The waiters were very friendly and the place was very charming. We'll be back; we loved it. The street atmosphere is wonderful for drinks and dinner.

25/05/2025: Che scoperta questo ristorante a due passi dalla stazione Termini! La pasta alla gricia era da applausi – cremosa, saporita, una vera coccola romana. Il servizio è stato super veloce, perfetto per chi ha fame (tanta) e poca pazienza. Il vero valore aggiunto? Il personale spettacolare: Debora e Teresa gentilissime e piene di sorrisi, e poi c’è Marco… che dire, oltre a essere simpatico è pure figo – insomma, ci tornerei anche solo per lui! Locale accogliente, atmosfera rilassata. Promosso a pieni voti!

02/05/2025: Este lugar fue recomendado por un amigo italiano cuando le pedimos un lugar que no es turístico y resultó ser una recomendación muy al grano. Eran todos los lugareños cuando estuvimos allí. Todo giraba en torno al vino: decoración con botellas de vino, menú con artículos que van bien con la cata de vinos. Teníamos deliciosas alcachofas y jamón italiano y plato de queso. Ambos estaban sabrosos pero sobre todo el cheesecake de limón que comimos al final era legendario, era diferente a todos los demás cheesecakes que comí en el pasado, nunca olvidaré ese sabor. Sin duda visitaré este lugar cada vez que venga a Roma.

05/02/2025: Posto veramente "originale", ovvero, ha conservato la sua natura, quella della bottiglieria, dell’osteria o del vino e oli. Certo oggi è decisamente un posto raffinato e l’atmosfera è molto bella. Sorseggiare il proprio calice in mezzo a centinaia di bottiglie ha il suo fascino. Ottime le proposte della cucina, eccellente il servizio. Onestissimi i prezzi delle bottiglie esposte. Complimenti!

01/06/2025: This place was recommended to us for the grey. The area is very suggestive, they seated us immediately but our table was on a slope. The waiters were generally helpful, the appetizer of typical products was mediocre and the first courses were equally so. Unfortunately the food does not live up to the view.

20/07/2025: 4 spaghetti with clams that tasted of oil and chili pepper, with cold clams...frozen? Embarrassing

14/07/2025: Just left. 40 euros wasted. I'm attaching a photo. The fried food was obviously frozen, and well, for the price, that's fair. But the first courses, I think, were the most disgusting thing I've ever tasted. The scampi cream rice was clearly precooked, and by scampi cream they mean "can of scampi cream with eight liters of cream." The rice was definitely reheated in the microwave because it had the classic film that heat creates on it, absolutely disgusting. The seafood pasta was clearly snatched from the appetizers, because the calamari tasted like salad and the pasta tasted like nothing, raw parsley and tomato. One of the staff noticed we'd left everything behind and walked away, but he didn't say anything. Why? Because he surely knows how disgusting it is, and of course, you have to pay first, who knows why!

20/07/2025: Personale super gentile ma come organizazione pessima entrata alle 12preso lordine alle 12,50 dopo svariate richieste erano tutti presi per i tavoli allesterno preso tagliere misto per tre persone cera una e dico una fetta di prociutto e una di salame mezzo chuchiaino di ricotta il resto papate in panate e qualche zuchina .non dico degli altri piatti non voglio infierire per rispetto dei cammerieri.
