A restaurant well worth the climb to Balduina. Fresh, respectfully prepared fish, well-executed traditional pasta dishes, and a decent wine list. The dining room is spacious and welcoming, with professional and friendly service, and a family-run atmosphere that shines through in every detail. Prices are in keeping with the quality offered. Recommended for both a dinner with friends and a more formal occasion.

A historic local restaurant. The quality of the food and service are a rare gem. We come here with the entire office to celebrate and have a wonderful lunch break. They always welcome us with a smile and know how to accommodate everyone, even though there are at least twenty of us at the table. A must-try dish: gnocchi with clams and cherry tomatoes. But all the seafood dishes are excellent and always very fresh.

The restaurant was closed, but we were hosted by the "Turati" restaurant. The staff at both places were super friendly and kind. Highly recommended.

I was in Rome for a visit, and after a long walk, I needed a place to recharge my batteries. The excellent "Da Luciano" appeared, ready to seat us without any waiting. As a tourist, I was pleasantly surprised. The food was good, traditional, and the place was welcoming and very quiet. I would definitely return.

11/07/2026: Classic and sophisticated dishes, very fresh fish, a good wine cellar, excellent desserts and fruit. The owner and staff are very polite and friendly. I'll be back very soon.

23/08/2026: Terrible order management. The service is very slow and poorly organized. At the pizza counter, there's a waitress who finishes topping the pizzas after the pizza chef puts them on the plates (I have something to say about that). Then she passes them to the other waiters or serves them herself. The pizzas are very large and tasty, but given their large circumference, I would have expected them to be a little thinner and lighter. The pizza is good; I might stop by if I were passing by, but I wouldn't go back on purpose.
17/08/2026: "Fantastic experience at Pizzeria Il Gusto Dei Frati! The pizzas are exceptional: the dough is light, easy to digest, and cooked to perfection, with fresh, top-quality ingredients. Before the pizza, we also tried the fried foods, which were really hot and crispy. The staff was extremely welcoming, kind, and quick with service, despite the place being busy. The atmosphere was pleasant and the price was absolutely fair. We'll definitely be back, highly recommended!"
