27/04/2026: Passing by, just after the highway exit, we were looking for a place to eat well without spending too much, and it turned out to be a good choice.
The restaurant has a rustic feel, simple yet welcoming. The staff is friendly and quick, helping to make the service pleasant and hassle-free.
The daily menu is inspired by Roman tradition. We chose Roman-style tripe and cacciatore stew, accompanied by baked potatoes and sautéed chicory: flavorful, well-executed dishes, in keeping with local cuisine.
We had read good reviews about the tiramisu, and we can confirm: it was truly well-made.
A good place for a genuine and unpretentious stop along the way.
26/04/2026: I always occasionally finish it off and honestly, the food has always been good, but I have to say it's even improved... definitely high-quality ingredients... I've had everything from appetizers to desserts... everything exceptional... both chicken and beef, made differently from the usual restaurants... qualitatively superior... the cured meats are also very good, the side dishes were also of a different flavor... the cixoria tasted of chicory and the chips were real chips... I think they make the pasta themselves because it was exceptional, the desserts too... even the coffee was good... I can't say anything, I'll definitely go back more often... I usually feel full after a plate of pasta, but here, eating an appetizer, first course, second course, side dish, and dessert, I got up without feeling heavy... this means quality... I've read that several people complain about the price, but it's wrong because the quality is there and it's right that it should be paid for. In fact, I would even spend more for the general quality they offer... I'm simply being objective.
