A wonderful experience! Easter Monday lunch, all very good. Top cutting board, the porchetta bombette stuffed with carbonara are superb! The first classics of the Roman tradition, and not only that, super! The tiramisu didn't really convince me, the ladyfinger was a little too dry, in my opinion. Fast and friendly service. We will be back without a doubt!

A place where friendship and food meet, you eat very well and are always with a smile

Flying like lightning, after seeing a nice video on YouTube, to taste their dishes, we were impressed. From the fried dishes to the first courses, everything was delicious and cooked in an exemplary manner and the pasta was perfect. But from the starter to the first course, almost 40 minutes of waiting. And we were hungry... Unfortunately (but it doesn't depend on them) the usual Lando Fiorini of the poor arrives. That there are those who enjoy it and those like me who don't want to be bothered. But he also wanted to have the last word, but I couldn't help but tell him, given that he also wanted a tip for what I didn't ask for.

We stopped for lunch in this little place, impressed by its Instagram profile. Tiny but welcoming room, 2 very nice guys in the room and a very nice owner. We ordered porchetta meatballs as an appetizer and guys they were phenomenal, forget the classic fried foods that we also had (e.g. carbobombetta) and focus on these meatballs! For first courses we ordered a carbonara, because if you don't eat it in these areas it's madness, and a first course with pistachio and I don't remember all the other ingredients. Abundant dishes, excellent carbonara! I found the other first course very bland, it's true that pistachio doesn't give as much flavor as bacon, but a lot more salt would have been better, I added all the pecorino that they brought to us in the dining room for "fix it". Afterwards we had a very good tiramisu and a soft sandwich with Nutella which I absolutely do not recommend Overall recommended.

Top place not very big. Spacious appetizers, especially the bombette carbonara and fried porchetta. First courses are spacey and very abundant. Top desserts. Highly recommended!!

Ottimo pranzo in un piccolino ristorantino posizionato bene ad Ariccia. L'interno è ben curato ed intimo come spazi. I fritti sono eccezionali (consigliata carbobombetta e polpetta di porchetta fritta). I primi piatti buoni.

Incuriosito dai social avevo intenzione di fare visita ar matriciano da tempo e ho colto l’occasione per andare a pranzo l’8 Dicembre. Si mangia veramente bene, ottime le polpette di porchetta con sugo di amatriciana e la carbonara una delle migliori che ho mangiato. Buono anche il tagliere e i fritti, unica nota negativa per me era che nell’amatriciana c’era un po’ troppo pepe che va a rovinare il sapore del piatto, ma comunque ci tornerò di nuovo sicuramente. Ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo.
