Enchanting atmosphere, open fireplace for grilled dog, kind and knowledgeable staff.
Excellent quality of meat, excellent starters, wide choice of first and second courses. Super sweets!
Excellent choice of wines.
We'll be back, highly recommended.

21/02/2025: The best place in Bologna! For this price you won't get such a large portion anywhere else, and they make all the pasta and bread themselves. Inside there is a homely atmosphere and the most delicious food; they determine the menu for the day every morning. We stayed in Bologna for several months and we liked this place the most, we never regretted coming here!

Very good staff, service and drink
21/12/2024: The place is beautiful, and this doesn't hurt, the cocktails are excellent, a wide variety of Gins which become splendid Gin Tonics.
The crostini with stracciatella and Cantabrian anchovies were good, the grilled mortadella with balsamic glaze and dried tomatoes surpassed all expectations, the entrecote and the cooking were splendid.
A nice wine list and very inviting and tasty desserts.
We'll be back!

22/02/2025: A real discovery! We chose the dishes of the day: homemade pappardelle with radicchio, gorgonzola and walnuts and pasta and beans. Never eaten so well in Emilia! They also surprised us with the tortellino-shaped crescentine filled with cheese. We also chose the tomino with caramelized onion and Jewish-style artichokes. But the real gem is the place, the interior and garden are a museum full of vintage objects to explore! Super kind and welcoming owners, we felt at home… We will be back ❤️❤️

02/03/2025: Acquasanta offers a selected selection of fish-based dishes made with an excellent product and excellent workmanship.
The service is punctual and attentive and the prices are adequate for the proposal. Personally I find the location a bit vintage with brightness that can be improved in the internal room. Advised!

23/02/2025: After several years, I returned for lunch on a Sunday with my wife. It was pleasant to find the welcome and kindness of Angelo and the others unchanged. I recommend it for the quality and care of the dishes which, in addition to surprising, satisfies all palates, even the most demanding. I recommend the Bistrot's fancy starter and several excellent first courses
23/02/2025: Dopo diversi anni, ci sono tornato a pranzo una domenica con mia moglie. E' stato piacevole trovare inalterarata l accoglienza e la gentilezza di Angelo e degli altri. Lo consiglio per la qualità e la cura dei piatti che, oltre a stupire, accontenta tutti i palati, anche i piu esigenti. Consiglio l antipasto fantasia del Bistrot e pi primi piatti eccellenti

08/02/2025: The first time I tried a "natural" restaurant was here at Clorofilla. I didn't know what to expect, but our dinner was enjoyable. Gabriella, the owner of the restaurant, and the kind waitress, made me feel at home. I had the spaghetti with calamari and it was delicious and very tasty. I couldn't have asked for a better first experience.

13/01/2025: We discovered this restaurant by chance and were delighted. Delicious tigelle with very particular fillings, the sweet tigelle are also noteworthy, with self-produced jams and cheeses.
The place is truly wonderful, in an area with a beautiful view

These people blend innovation with tradition, bringing a traditional cuisine to perfection. Lovely atmosphere and huge variety of combinations to try. We went for the traditional meal with lambrusco but now we have to fly in again to try their beers and the two dozen other combinations we did not try!!
