08/08/2026: If you want to eat well and savor authentic Bolognese dishes in a traditional, quiet, and welcoming atmosphere, you have to come here! The dishes are all inspired by Bolognese cuisine, and the ingredients are high-quality and carefully selected. The cotoletta alla bolognese, with chicken, is simply amazing, but everything else is equally delicious: excellent ragù, the entree with mortadella from Bologna, and gnocco ingrassato (a type of stuffed dumpling). Speakers also deserve credit for the owner, who is incredibly kind and helpful, even with children, and for the waitresses, who are always attentive, professional, and smiling. The prices are still absolutely fair, especially considering the quality. And then the desserts: strictly homemade and delicious. The panna cotta, in particular, is truly TOP! 😍 In short, authentic Bolognese cuisine, done as it should be. Highly recommended!

The menu features traditional dishes with a slightly reinterpreted twist, which won me over, especially the beautifully cooked and flavorful rabbit—this alone is worth the trip. Not flashy, but welcoming. Childhood Sunday lunch. Simple but never banal cuisine. Traditional recipes prepared with a precise hand, flavors present but never overpowering. Bologna, Emilia. Typical dishes from memories, simple but never predictable. The chef seems to hide, but he's recognizable in his rigor, not in his showiness: he lets the dishes speak for themselves, without unnecessary virtuosity. And then the pasta. A skilled pasta maker, who works the fresh pasta by hand as they once did. You can taste it: in the texture, in the bite, in that little bit of roughness that holds the sauce instead of repelling it. A sauce designed specifically to enhance it, not to cover it. The dish seems simple because it's executed so well. It's home cooking, but brought to a perfection that home cooking rarely achieves. Just as it should be. In a word: comfort food you never tire of.
