Decent quality-price ratio. All discreet. Negative mention is the scialatielli with seafood...with very little fish...just two scampi and a few cuttlefish, nothing more. 25/07/2024: Yesterday we celebrated our daughter's graduation here at the Officina dei Sapori we immediately found ourselves at ease, a family environment with young, professional and helpful staff. Excellent cuisine, plentiful and with the true flavors of Puglia. Thank you very much for everything I hope to visit you again in Bologna or Mattinata.

19/08/2024: On a rainy evening, we found ourselves in this restaurant with some colleagues, having read excellent reviews on the meats. We tasted a mix of appetizers, all delicious, and then following the innkeeper's advice we tasted three different cuts of meat, with different maturation times, all really excellent and cooked to perfection. Prices a little high, but the quality is unquestionable.

16/08/2024: TOP grilled meats. I recommend getting advice from the owner on the cut and type of meat based on your tastes given the varied choice they have. The service is also very good.

21/07/2024: Tavern with firmly historical roots, but renovated in style in a sober, pleasant way. The menu is structured appropriately, with rare attention to the quality of the dishes in the selection. An excellent reason to go near the monumental city court, and not for judicial reasons!

05/06/2024: THE BEST FISH IN BOLOGNA!!! FINALLY !!! In a city invaded by tourists, where many now improvise as restaurateurs, even in the face of the poor culinary culture of foreigners, finding a restaurant that keeps what it promises is more UNIQUE than rare! Located just outside Bologna, easily reachable by car in 20 minutes from the centre, it is a very well furnished restaurant, where, despite the very high quality of the raw materials, the ability to work with them and also thanks to the great merit of the staff in the dining room, you feel relaxed like at home, a fundamental factor for me in order to enjoy the delicacies that are offered to you. I had heard about it for some time, but due to a bad custom that very often exists, in Bologna (and I'm BOLOGNESE, so I can say it!!!) the more a place is on everyone's lips, the more it turns out to be absolutely overrated, ultimately revealing itself to be just a place that's "COOL" to frequent or, at least, to be able to say you're there state ... Io & Loretta, on the other hand, is the EXCEPTION THAT CONFIRMS THE RULE. As soon as we return to Bologna we want to try the room in the garden which, when we were there, due to adverse weather, was still closed.

21/02/2024: On the advice of a dear friend of ours, we went to this restaurant to celebrate a special event. Seen from the outside you don't appreciate the beauty and charm it contains. Warm and welcoming environment. Loretta immediately makes us feel at home with her friendly and informal manner. We order fish-based à la carte food. Young and innovative chef. All very good.. We will be back. I advise!

11/08/2024: Osteria in a very very nice setting. I went there August 2024. Everything was fine apart from the price and the air conditioning which didn't work. Three of us spent €135. A trio of soups for two, a bottle of wine and a bottle of water, three second courses and a side dish.

02/08/2024: Small family-run restaurant with strong Marche roots. Clean environment with attention to detail, pastel colours, with few seats and an open kitchen. The feeling is of having been invited to a friend's house for an intimate dinner. The staff is always friendly and present. The menu obviously draws on the tradition of their land: the Ascoli olives in the two versions of meat and fish and the vincisgrassi are almost inevitable; the kebabs are excellent, to be accompanied by a glass of Conero red wine; homemade cantuccini and sour cherry wine. However, the proposal is often renewed and also offers vegetarian dishes. Yesterday I tried the seafood amatriciana mezzemaniche (swordfish, datterini tomatoes and sprinkled with pecorino), in which the quality of the raw materials was evident. I can only recommend Afrodita, also for the originality of the formula which stands out from most of the places around. I suggest booking.

19/06/2024: Four stars of encouragement for this small place, feminine and pleasant in its environment, suitable for a light breakfast/lunch (but a shame about that very strong smell of fish that welcomes you upon entering...)
