05/03/2025: From Imola I went to Granarolo dell'Emilia to buy Sant'Ilario parma ham (among the best hams ever) from Teddy's butcher's shop. The owner Nicola welcomed me immediately with extreme professionalism and contagious friendliness. He let me taste some of the delicacies available in his shop, making me understand how he definitely focuses on quality and Italian excellence. Wine department equally noteworthy!!! I will be back soon to buy the meat. A warm greeting to Nicola who is certainly now enjoying the successes of his favorite team 👏😉

27/03/2025: Such a lovely place! Highest grade. Here you sit in the middle of the wine & delicatessen shop and enjoy a drink with a snack. Sipped a nice Franciacorta and will be happy to come again and browse among the wines and the wide range of delicacies.

The courtesy and friendliness of the service add further value to the restaurant, which is cared for in its appearance and mise en place. The wine list offers wineries with good labels at a low cost. The quality of the raw materials is very high, the preparation of the dishes is also careful in the presentations. The gastronomic experience is very valid. the quantities are also correct. The bill is fair for the overall experience although, it is NOT for all budgets. Highly recommended.

02/03/2025: we went to this restaurant for dinner. intimate and elegant place..excellent service..they pamper you at various times..homemade bread...a delicious little entree..and even after dessert...biscuits and eggnog..good dinner and delicate flavours. only downside...the portions are too small for having spent 75 euros each

28/03/2025: Cosy and chill place for a nice lunch or dinner. We went there at around 14.00 and finished the lunch at 16 and they were still serving food . The food was good and they offer different kinds of food- ranging from curry’s, meat balls, traditional Italian food, to burgers . The vine selection is wide and they have several good vines to pick from if you only want a glass. The place is in the city center - so not much parking nearby - but easily accessible from the main parking spot in the piazza or by foot. The meatballs with basmati rice was nice, but a bit dry as it misses a saucy texture. So if you like dry foods, then it’s great - otherwise you will need to get some other dish to go with it. Ambiance is 10/10 , exactly what I would expect from the city .

27/03/2025: Little gem for lunches and/or evenings in the center of Bologna always very friendly staff presence of quality beers not too crowded even when the place is full i think that the care to keep distance between one table and another is a precaution that not many have because most of the time you think about profit or to have as many covers as possible instead 100% of the time i much prefer not to hear the conversations of the next table! the always varied menu and with vegetarian dishes is not for everyone the Quarta coffee is the final touch of class for a saturday lunch.

19/03/2025: Excellent trattoria in every aspect. We ate well, spent the right amount and a plus to the friendliness of the staff.

08/03/2025: DANGEROUS place!!! SHAME!! Our 2 small dogs were ATTACKED by their dog left unattended just outside the premises! They were only saved thanks to our speed in picking them up! Otherwise we would have gone home without our 2 dogs! The whole restaurant came out due to the commotion created by their BEAST! Furthermore, the behavior of the restaurant owners who continued to leave the dog free, saying "now he won't get caught because he knows we scolded him" was shameful! Today went well! But tomorrow it might not go like this! And it could happen to another dog, a person, a child. At the limit of COMPLAINT! I repeat SHAME!! TO ABSOLUTELY AVOID DON'T RISK!!

23/03/2025: Stumbled upon it by chance and what can I say... a very pleasant surprise! Had a great meal from start to finish. There were 7 of us with a request for a gluten-free menu and we were pleasantly surprised by a vast menu for those with this type of need. Exceptional first courses, second courses too but the supreme treat for those with a sweet tooth is the three chocolate dessert which I recommend! Compliments to the cuisine, the service and the warm and friendly welcome of all the staff. Very honest account and will definitely see us again soon! Optimal

31/12/2024: I always start from the principle that the level of the location must be seen in relation to the price, which is contained and correct. Fast and courteous service. Food of a not unforgettable but still discreet level, good portions, choice not excessive but more than acceptable. It's not a place for "cool guys", but it's definitely worth a stop.

20/03/2025: Bar where part of the staff is hearing impaired, this is why when ordering you need to get a ticket for placing ones order. Went there 2 times and the atmosphere was really nice and it was nice not having music playing in the background. Really good place to chat, drink and talk about the beauty of Bologna and how you will take this experience back home with you.

09/02/2025: The place you don't expect in Borgo Tossignano. Enchanting atmosphere, open fireplace for grilled dog, kind and knowledgeable staff. Excellent quality of meat, excellent starters, wide choice of first and second courses. Super sweets! Excellent choice of wines. We'll be back, highly recommended.
