A small place in the herb market. Limited seating, but good piadinas and crescioni with freshly made pasta.

I arrived with a huge hunger, I asked for something super fat and I came out very satisfied, give it your all 🫶🏻

I've eaten here a couple of times, and I've always had a great experience, both in terms of the quality and the kindness and friendliness of the owner... This last time I came for the seasonal gourmet piadinas, and I had one with a Bolognese cutlet—yes, you read that right, with cutlet, ham, and cheese—really delicious and unique. The other was with pumpkin, creamed onions, sausage, and smoked scamorza, and that was also excellent. What more can I say? I'll definitely be back, and I'm eagerly awaiting the new gourmet piadinas that make this place even more unique and delicious... see you next time.

I was in Bologna for the weekend. I stumbled upon this place by chance, just steps from Piazza Maggiore... well, what can I say? I went back the next day. I opted for the sandwich both times. The bread was crispy and warm, with excellent ingredients and surprising combinations! The staff was super friendly and helpful... what more can I say? A MUST-SEE!!!

Sfarinà, inside Bologna’s Mercato delle Erbe on Via Belvedere 6, serves a piadina that feels different from the usual one and clearly tastes handmade. The traditional version with lard was really good, rich but not too heavy. The place is small, yet it has a nice atmosphere for a quick snack, and the owner is friendly. Worth trying

Not a bad little place, a hidden gem in the herb market. The staff is kind and friendly, welcoming and very down-to-earth. The food is delicious, especially considering the high-quality ingredients. The vegetables are out of this world; the piadina made with garden vegetables and all that imagination was out of this world.

Here, piadina is a serious affair! Fragrant dough, quality ingredients, and generous fillings as they should be. Fast and friendly service. For one evening, you almost feel like you're from Romagna... even in Bologna.

We had a Food Porn and a Sfarinà, both truly delicious. The piadina dough is fresh and rolled out on the spot. The ingredients are top-quality. The service is fast, and the staff is truly welcoming, helpful, and friendly.

Very nice comfort food and quick to take away if you are in a rush. The owner of the shop is very nice and friendly person.
