03/01/2024: I returned for my second New Year's Eve in Segavecchia!
Lovely place.
We slept in the dormitory, everything was very clean!
Tasty dinner even for me as a vegetarian, but the best thing is their hospitality!
Easy going and nice, very friendly.
You can see and feel that they put their heart into managing the refuge.
We will be back in the spring to enjoy the walks!

01/04/2024: Friendliness and kindness was the initial calling card. Good food and speed was the next step. Home cooking, and excellent customer service is the strong point. A characteristic mountain environment and comfortable furnishings make everything welcoming. Compliments.
17/03/2024: Welcoming environment with spacious tables, quiet, allowing you to chat without annoying or being disturbed. Friendly and approachable staff, they advise if requested, generous portions without exceeding (let's take this into account when we order). Exciting local flavors and aromas, all delicious. Hats off! We'll be back soon

07/04/2024: place frequented by those who visit the horn at the stairs and by bikers. In front of the entrance is the beautiful Cavone lake. I find the first courses, especially the dry pastas, mediocre, both in terms of pasta shapes and seasonings. I find it practical for drinking a beer and spending time chatting with friends. Prices not modest. Staff very stressed at times and hasty.
01/04/2024: After a nice trek to visit the Dardena waterfalls, the Carbone refuge was an oasis to refresh and warm up after the Easter rain. Mountain cuisine, we had wild boar and roe deer polenta and desserts, all excellent.
Next trek from those parts we will return

18/03/2024: An excellent "down to earth" place, with typical products; Abundant, quality dishes, home cooking and very affordable prices. Friendly and kind staff.
02/01/2024: The Locanda is located in a quiet position with the possibility of quickly reaching the tourist resorts of Vidiciatico and Lizzano as well as Corno alle Scale. Welcoming structure and staff with warm and attentive service to feel like family. The excellent cuisine with typical Tuscan-Emilian dishes prepared with care and with generous portions. Not all rooms have service but they are well-kept, clean and welcoming for every need.

02/09/2023: Il ristorante presenta un menù tipicamente emiliano ma anche con qualche incursione sui piatti di pesce. Noi siamo stati due volte e ci siamo trovati sempre bene ,avendo assaggiato sia il pesce sia la carne nel bel giardino esterno.
Internamente il locale è arredato in uno stile moderno abbastanza gradevole. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo, personale cordiale e preparato.
Lo consiglio.

26/02/2024: Very welcoming location, in summer it is possible to eat in the open-air square with mountain views. Excellent food, delicious cuisine with truly generous portions. Superlative pizzas and very kind, young and willing staff.
What to say? Seeing is believing!!!
06/01/2024: Very nice restaurant run by friendly people, young but already very experienced. Yes, eat well, plenty of it, with excellent prices. When we return to the area we will definitely stay here again.

26/02/2024: Ottimo - tutto molto casalingo ma buonissimo, servizio svelto e gentilezza. Abbiamo assaggiato le ottime crescentine con affettati, tortelloni ai funghi e poi dolce ai mirtilli e gelato ai mirtilli. Ottimo dopo una passeggiata nel bel paesaggio innevato
21/10/2023: Un posto unico tra tanti...che ti rimane nel cuore e, questo succede inevitabilmente perché chi ci lavora ti fa sentire come a casa, anzi meglio...ci siamo stati 2 volte e non sono ancora abbastanza.. Augusto é una persona unica, più umile che mai, gentile, premuroso e super generoso . Ha un umanità rara, ha tante di quelle storie belle da raccontare che non smetteresti mai di ascoltarlo. la sua cucina e le sue conoscenze , per non parlare della qualità sono il top.. camere semplici e confortevoli, calde e accoglienti.
Tutto il suo staff é eccezionale e super gentile..
Ci sono paesaggi mozzafiato sia innevati che non.. passeggiate ,alberi alti fino al cielo quasi, le cascate indimenticabili.. ci ho lasciato il cuore , anzi ci abbiamo lasciato il cuore..

Il suo amore per la vita è un fiume in piena che riversa sui suoi clienti, vittime della sua umanità.
24/08/2023: Sono tornato dopo 4 anni e ho ritrovato la discreta qualità dei piatti e la simpatia del gestore.
Delusione per il conto estremamente eccessivo per quanto mangiato e senza dettaglio dei prezzi delle varie portate.
Nel tavolo accanto al nostro hanno servito una quantità di portate molto piu abbondanti delle nostre e la spesa per persona è stata esattamente come la nostra.
Vi consiglio quindi per correttezza di presentare un menù con il dettaglio dei costi oppure di esporre prezzo fisso per qualsiasi cosa mangiate

Rifugio Le Malghe

27/08/2023: Durante le nostre passeggiate sul Corno alle Scale ci siamo imbattuti in questo rifugio non grandissimo ma con il necessario. Dopo una lunga passeggiata abbiamo fatto un meritatissimo snack con crostata ai mirtilli ,devo dire molto buona.I bagni sono molto puliti (cosa non sempre scontata) e il personale cordiale e gentile. Bravi continuate così.
Consigliato.
27/08/2023: Un vera malga, molto accogliente, personale gentile e ottima qualità del cibo. Crostata ai mirtilli super! Sicuramente torneremo alle Malghe nella prossima visita al corno alle scale!
